The other review on here surprises me. We've been going to AAA for taxes for years and everyone is friendly and helpful. We are always full of questions about changes with the tax code and write offs, etc and we always get the answers we need with no issues. I highly recommend AAA for tax preparation services. They are very busy during tax time of year so make your appointment ASAP. We've not had an issue getting on the schedule though because they take appointments late into the evening. COVID TIP - This year we dropped off our tax forms, they prepared them, then called us to answer our questions.

aaa stands for awful, awful, awful.... I ask for them to explain a bill that reads payroll 1 payroll 2 and they get rude. If I did that to our customers they would question it. Rude customer service. They don't know any circumstances, pass judgement and then ask for favors..... DON'T go there if you want it done properly. They go by their own rules.... HORRIBLE and Difficult to work with.
