The prices are over prices the store is old and out of date mostly. The selection is limited. But again it's a small town grocery store whom sees a lot of tourists being in a lake town.

Second visit to this store. New to area. First visit enjoyed the experience--prefer to shop in indepentent markets. Second visit was very disappointing--staff not friendly especially Deli. Whatever Roast Beef you are handling ( not Boer's Head very poor quality. I was given a sample of the Roast Beef--didn't like it and it annoyed the Deli person. First visit the store was faced , clean and organized. Second visit just the opposite. Will give it one more try

Has everything you would need! Fresh meat, deli and hot items, competitive pricing on gasoline! Nice local grocery store that has everything!! Staff is friendly and helpful

management need to learn how to deal with customer better I owe a business and if any of my employees Responded to a customer the way their management just responded to me I would fire them on the spot Without question without delay I simply asked a question of why my $5 bill And $10 bill were being inspected The response was their visually impaired maybe I should take the time to ask questions when he did not look for the 5 or 10 on the bill he literally looked for the money marked fun lost customer not big deal but to many and business will hurt

I like West's when I'm in that area. I always stop in just to look around. They had K-95 Masks a 5 Pack for only $2.00!!! Fun Bakery Goods and Deli and Friendly Staff. Small Town Grocery Store with Good Kind People ✔.

Every time I go in, all the meat is expired. Yesterday all the chicken was 3 days past expiration. When I let the cashier know, he made it clear that it wasn't his problem. Prices are a bit high as well.

I've lived many places. Just spent over a year in South Korea. Livonia Surfine has the best donuts anywhere. There prices are very reasonable on all the food. Glad to be back can not wait to get a donut and other foods.
