about an hour south of Rochester, NY. 3 Br 2 Bath, large historic home..it is a little pricey but does sleep 8. a VERY relaxing getaway to a quiet place. views of farmland and distant hills. Very clean and well furnished.. located in western portion of the Finger Lakes region.Well equipped kitchen if needed. Great getaway..Ill go back!

An incredibly beautiful location and homestead. I have attended events here both indoors and outdoors that were fun and freeing! Being at Reed transports you from the “regular world” into dreamland. The owners take impeccable care of the property and their customers. Very professional and details are everything to them. The on-site gift shop is also thoughtfully stocked with items you sort of can’t resist! I highly recommend!

Wow!!!!! Reed Homestead was such a treat! I booked the weekend of July 4th (my 60th birthday) for a family and friends party. My adult children flew in to stay with us and I was so happy they could come. Amy was such a gracious host as she assisted me in catering contacts, let me borrow folding tables and even her bocce ball set! We were delighted with the pottery barn meets shabby chic decor of the whole house. My guests LOVED the shop too and purchased some beautiful jewelry.I would highly recommend Reed Homestead for your next lodging in the Finger Lakes.Alicia Davis

Gorgeous, historical property and Amy, the owner, is just a delight! Her store right inside the homestead is a treasure trove filled with many of the wonderful things that fill the house and garden, so you can take a piece of the Reed and FLX home with you! Highly recommend for special events and serene weekends/weeks away.

We used the Reed Homestead for both my bridal shower & to get ready on my wedding day. It was an absolute dream. The house itself has so much interest and charm. It is the perfect setting for a special event or a weekend getaway!

I LOVE this home. Amy put her New York style into this retreat with meticulous care and love. The location is quiet but easy to access, the decor is Pottery Barn style, modern country. And now a shop? What a gem!
