The travel plaza on Interstate 390 at the Livonia exit - I believe number 8 - is the cleanest, safest facility I have been in. It is small as this is a low traffic connector between two major interstates , but if you see the big Mobile sign and you need to use the facilities , grab a bite to eat, or do some shopping at a small convenience store, this is the place to stop.
