I have no idea whether this is a good or bad storage center. I just know they NEVER return calls to prospective customers (at least not me). I've called and left messages with a live person many times. I just get told the owner is way too busy to call me back and set up a tour of the facility. At first that's understandable, but after a month it's just ridiculous and bad customer service. I told them that business must be good if they can blow off new customers. But the lack of responsiveness and care tells me a lot about how they would treat me if I were a customer.
