Catskill Brewery
672 Old Rte 17, Livingston ManorOur first stop at Catskill. Totally loved the brewery. it is pretty tiny and when we visited, they were only a couple of folks. We sat inside next to where the beer hops. Our bartender was super nice and welcoming, and he gave us a lot of local recommendations as well. I tried the sour beer, which was honestly my favourite beer from the brewery. My friends like their beer too. It’s a lovely place to have a couple of points in a cozy atmosphere. Definitely come here.

The DeBruce
982 Debruce Rd, Livingston ManorWe sat for dinner at 6pm, a la carte, and it was a very awesome experience. First, the wall of windows makes the dining room seem huge and open, in reality it is very intimate. An open view into the kitchen makes dining exciting. The staff were great and the food was amazing! A thoughtfully curated menu where every piece was cooked to perfection.
Thank you for the experience. Thank you Will and Gio!

The Arnold House
839 Shandelee Rd, Livingston ManorWe had a nice stay at the Arnold House. It's got a fun vibe and they go all in on it with the decor, the common areas, the amenities. Our room wasn't fancy or high end and it was small but it was thoughtfully designed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a small / dark. We didn't have our dog with us but liked that it was dog friendly. We also liked the tavern - it's a cozy place to hang out and the menu has plenty to choose from. Two areas for improvement. The lighting in the bathroom was pretty horrible - it was incredibly dark. Also - Our room was right over the kitchen and it was very loud late into the night while the kitchen was wrapping service for the evening. Then in the morning some huge truck idled outside our room window for at least 30'mins and it was incredibly loud. Hard to fall asleep and then no sleeping in! For a place that's so isolated it was somewhat comical how much noise we were contending with. Overall, we'd stay again and ask for a different room not over the kitchen. We thought it was a comfortable, cozy place.

The Smoke Joint
630 Old Rte 17, Livingston ManorBest barbecue place in my opinion! I live 1.5 hours away and this is always a must stop during road trips! The brisket, corn bread, seasoned fries, and BBQ sauce are absolutely the best!! I love the outdoor seating by the water, the large containers of BBQ sauce available on each picnic table, and they are dog friendly.
