“East end auto repair put new tires on my car. They told me I need an alignment (which they don’t do there) and suggested I go to S&M. I made an appointment and went there and met the owner Jeff who happens to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Well there was a problem with my car; Jeff explained everything to me and told me the bad part that it would take two to three weeks to get the part. I asked him if he needed the car out of there and he told me it can stay they’ll keep an eye on it. Jeff would call periodically to let me know the update on the part. Well when it got there the same day he put it in and I had my car that day. I was so impressed I took the wife’s car there for an alignment. Well I was even more impressed with the fact that he told me her car was spot on and needed nothing. Wow where do you find honesty like that nowadays he could have made something up but being as honest as he is he didn’t so guess what, I brought my truck there and it just needed a simple alignment. I suggest to anyone who needs an alignment don’t mess around with Mavis or any other place, these guys are the real deal. I am a customer for life.Service: Wheel alignment”

The thing that impressed me most was when I called in on the eve of a holiday and the owner answered explaining he sent the staff home to their families and he was the only one working. “My daughter had her 1994 Toyota pick up in for major engine repair. Seth spoke to my daughter about the repairs that were needed and an estimate on the cost. As a father of course I just wanted to check and see what was being done. After speaking to Seth I had complete confidence in what he had told my daughter. He was dead honest with her and was so thorough with communication and updates. “We broke down at 7:40 PM on a Friday night, got off the expressway and got to a gas station. I started calling around to see if any garage was open. The owner was just closing up, but said come on over I will see if I can help you out. He was less than 10 minutes away and we were thankful.. Then the car would not start to get there. So the owner came to us, gave us a new battery to get to the garage, and ultimately we had to replace the battery and the alternator. He was able to get the parts right before parts store closed. He went above and beyond. We very thankful! Thank you Jamie for your excellent service!”

“We are from CT and while on our way to PA an almost 7 hour drive, our vehicle broke down leaving my husband, 2 children and I stranded in the middle of no where. We were so blessed to have connected with Manor Motors where we towed our vehicle to. Even though it was the end of the day, they took in our vehicle, quickly found the issue, and got to work. The owner and the employees were all so caring and friendly. Since we had an appointment the next morning, we chose to rent a car to continue our journey and return for our vehicle the next day. The owner's mom showed up to give us a ride to the nearest car rental establishment which was pretty far. I am deeply grateful for this family and their business. Their attention and care removed the stress andnwe felt secure in knowing that they would take care of us. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Thank you Manor Motors!!
