The gentlemen the came to deliver and install my new stove were quick, efficient, and courteous. It had snowed the morning they arrived and they apologized several times for tracking in snow.

It’s nice to have a way to get IKEA delivered affordably now. We’ve had three different deliveries from RXO so far, and the guys have been great. Most recently they delivered during a snowstorm. Maybe I should have tried to reschedule that, but in any case they made the drive and delivered our order. Very grateful for these people who do what I can’t: lifting heavy items and navigating porch steps, etc. Thank you!

Delivery was completed during timeframe promised. The delivery person was friendly and courteous, and also very helpful with my request on arrival.

Still continuing to have delivery issues. We are without our appliances. They canceled 2 deliveries and just so everyone is aware the only reason that they have a 4.5 is because of updated reviews. They ask people to update their reviews. I refuse to update my review. 2 delivery mess ups and you can't get through to a supervisor. Customer service is a joke. Noteworthy we have submitted complaints to the Attorney General and BBB and also asked for them to look over the updated reviews on this page as proof of a consistent larger issue.

if i could give them zero stars i would. paid them to install my new dryer & the guys hooked it up without installing an LP conversion (from natural gas to propane) and told me i was good to go. later found out we were in fact not good to go (after double checking if they installed it, they couldn’t give me a straight answer?????) and after almost 2 weeks could not get them back out to finish the job. was without a washer and dryer for over 2 weeks and we ended up just hiring someone else. ended up getting a refund and then some from samsung
extremely dangerous and could
have burnt my house and animals down. never again.

Google hours say open until 5pm on a Saturday. Came to pick up my order at 11am they a closed. Update your Google hours !

Worst item handling I’ve ever experienced. They completely didn’t show up on my scheduled day. The phone line is a waste of your time & the local people aren’t anymore helpful. It would be easier to drive here and pick it up myself than let these people try and deliver it. 0/5 service was awful, still don’t have my item.

UPDATE REVIEW (12/19/24) - After I wrote my initial one star review, Thomas from RXO customer service called me THE NEXT DAY. He was apologetic and worked to reschedule the delivery and kept me informed by providing status updates. The rescheduled delivery was completed by two very friendly and professional men.
The first attempt did not go so great, but when you have people who reach out and work very hard to make it right - that is saying a lot. I appreciate the customer service and work to get the delivery completed.
I would use the company again, after seeing how hard they worked to make it right.

I am hoping someone at RXO in Liverpool NY sees this review and reaches out to me directly since the numerous phone calls, chats, and emails I have sent to the 800 number has been a waste of time. I ordered an item from Amazon, received an update of delivery 12/14 from 8am to 8pm. Then it was updated to 11am-2pm. It's now 12/15 with no item and no update. We MUST be home to accept delivery - what a waste of time. Now I have no idea whether it will be delivered today... tomorrow... at all? We also work - so how can we be home all day every day?
This is extremely frustrating and when I call customer service and they say "all we can do is send an emergency EMAIL to the location".. .EMAIL?? My GOD. In this day and age of technology - not even a phone call?
If there is ANY small shred of customer service please reach out and tell me what is going on.

I had a scheduled delivery that required me to be home. Day before the delivery I got a confirmation text saying the window would be 12-4pm. I took the day off of work so that I would be home to receive the package. Shockingly, the package never even made it onto a truck that day and it wasn’t until 630pm that they called me to reschedule the delivery a week later. Unacceptable business practice and a waste of my time. Do not send confirmations and have customers adjust their schedules if you cannot meet your own proposed delivery schedule. Don’t get me started on the customer service.

Currently in the middle of attempting to get my kitchen appliances delivered. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Was on the phone with them for hours after my delivery was missed with no indication it was not being delivered on the scheduled day. I took the day off from work to make sure I was home and they gave no notice my delivery was not coming. 30 minutes after my delivery window I reached out to support and they told me it was still going to be delivered but was delayed. 2 hours after that I reached out again and they then told me it was scheduled but not routed. When asked what that meant they could not give me an answer and I spent hours on the phone trying to get it straightened out. My original delivery was scheduled for 12/11, they offered to reschedule for 12/31... mind you these are kitchen appliances... I HAVE ALREADY UNINSTALLED MY OLD APPLIANCES IN PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY... SO I CURRENTLY HAVE NO WAY TO COOK FOOD IN MY HOUSE! Now the next day I have spent multiple hours on the phone with them with still no resolution. Their support is absolutely terrible and I would give 0 stars if I could. I just want my appliances so I can be able to cook dinner tonight.
