Awful customer service, I called about a ticket I opened online and got hung up on after I began speaking, then tried calling back several times and they wouldn't pick up, I tried again the day after and got hung up on again once and then they didn't pick up. Whoever they have picking up the phone clearly hates their job and needs to find a new one.

Awful customer service, workers will ridicule you for making any slight mistake. “You should know that” or “okay no answer” are not the words I was thinking I’d hear after I was asked to verify the address. So glad this is not my home post office anymore.

This place is great! Customer service is awesome and staff is friendly and professional. I moved away but I am grateful for their hard work and caring about the customers.

Have been disrespected and talked down to on multiple occasions by the bald guy that everyone seems to have problems with. Today though, when trying to pickup a ‘delivery’ that has been there since 10:00am (I came in at 4:40pm) they were completely unable to go in the back and get it for me. I understand that it may require to open a box that hasn’t been sorted yet but it would take like 2 mins max. The only option I’m given is paying extra to pick it up in person tomorrow @ 8:00am. 1 star for all the times I’ve been treated like trash by that rude and pathetic post office desk-creature.
