“A heater hose connection broke on my minivan 2 miles from Cicero on 481. I limped the car there and started making calls , explaining that I was headed to Penneville from three hours away in PA . After contacting several so called repair shops who wouldn’t even consider helping me , I contacted Big Mikes garage . He said he’d get me right in and three hours later I was on my way . I needed a basic oil change and tire rotation. I received several updates to keep me informed! I got a phone call to select several options for service with no pressure. Then another call at the conclusion of my service to pay my bill. This could not have gone any better!”
