Mike & Abby at the Spectrum store on route 31 in Liverpool NY were very friendly and helpful. I walked in extremely mad, they resolved isue in less than 2 minutes. They resolved the issue after me going to store to rollback the phone to the original setup, twice and leaving me with no service. sales person setting it up said if it doesn't work to call her, explained once I had no home phone. I chose Spectrum because I had good experiences with the television service in upstate NY at local hotels. Now being in a residential setting I may have choose the wrong provider. It took four Spectrum technicians (one being a contractor) to get my service working properly. The fourth try I was told by the customer service representatives that the "pro install" fee would be waived. They originally told me $59.00 dollars to have their faulty equipment corrected. Oh and they sent me a non working modem and router to start out with. So this 59.00 dollar charge appears on my bill. Of course you're going to check why this charge appears on your bill when the customer service representative tells you the fee is waived. So I call billing. The Spectrum representative answers the phone yawning. Really? She then goes on to nonchalantly tell me that I have late payments. Wrong. Who hire's these kind of people. This Spectrum representative didn't even bother to check what the real issue was. She just accused me of not paying my bill. Wrong. It was the fee that was not waived because the other Spectrum representative either lied or did not follow through. So I get a supervisor on the phone (he goes on about how the reps just get call after call and its acceptable to yawn in your customers ear). He finally sees that the fee that was suppose to be waived wasn't. He then puts in some ticket for a credit request. Credit request? It should have never been on my bill. I am disappointed in Spectrum.

I came to the spectrum store today with a problem and was greeted at the door by Emily who turned out to be a friendly and knowledgeable resource. She quickly swapped our gear and provided insight on next steps, in case this course of action doesn't resolve it. The team worked together to provide a simple and positive experience. They even gave me some excellent insight on the phone services they offer! So grateful to have such a great store in our area.

I would highly recommend doing business with this Spectrum store. Staff (Chasity) was very friendly. informative and helpful. My service was fantastic, and she could answer all my many questions and was very patient with me. I definitely will be back, and it was worth the drive for me.

Visited the store this week and am involved in an ongoing upgrade of my equipment, thanks to the knowledgeable service provided by Andrew and Chasidy! No aggressive upsell—just straightforward delivery of information regarding the latest available technology. I entered the store with a series of issues regarding spontaneous data loss off one of my devices, and they helped me to the best of their collective ability. For a pleasant Spectrum store appointment, be sure to ask for Andrew or Chasidy by name!

Came in to open up a line and was in/out in under 15 mins! No line, small wait time. It’s never usually that easy to open up service, but these guys made that possible. Thanks y’all!

I changed my account from my apartment to my house. They kept my card on the old account and I've been getting charged for it for 6 months called them about it they told me theres nothing they can do. Called my bank they did not roll in my favor. Checked my account and they are still charging me. Really wish there was another internet provided around here. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM!!!!!!!

Visited the spectrum clay office to bring back a DVR unit . The warning me that the computer was not working properly and it would not delete the unit off my bill . She gave me a receipt on a post-it note which was hand written . I called a service number and the DVR was still not deleted . They deleted the DVR at my request . Always get a receipt from the clay office.

Took equipment in and had cable removed. Only kept internet and phone. After they had trouble with their computer systems, they finally told me I was all set. Got home and found I had no internet service. Called spectrum, as many of you know, you are going to a long pre-recorded process to finally get to speak to a technician. Finally tech told me they could not fix problems from there, so would have a tech come out today to resolve the problem. Got a call from the tech coming to my home, only to tell me there wasn't anyone available to come out for 2 days. No internet, phone, etc. What if I used this for business purposes. I wouldn't be able to run the business for a couple of days.The people and the store and the ones I spoke to on my cell phone (which is through a different company) were very polite. My problem is no one was capable of correcting the problem.So far this whole thing of just removing the cable, but keeping everything else has turned into one big nightmare.

The gentleman there helped me pay my bill and also explained some details with switching over phones deals are so nice and the phones are super nice too. Definitely going back to pay my bill in person especially with that type of great help. Next time I'll bring my family so we can decide on a phone plan :)

Every time I’ve visited this store there is a line to the door and one employee working, and it’s always the same story: someone called out. Store management needs to do a better job providing coverage. I waited there half an hour after signing in to find out they don’t even go by the sign in list and order, only by the line. Furthmore, I discovered today that Spectrum Mobile will not allow you to do an early upgrade if you’re interested in a phone that they don’t have in stock right there in the store (ie a 1TB iPhone 14 Pro), and they also refuse to ship it to the store. Lazy, asinine policy! Will be dropping them as a mobile provider ASAP!

I worked with Willow when I walked in today to transfer my mobile service and phone number as well as set up internet at a new address. The situation that I presented her with was complicated at best and she explained all of the options that I had and ultimately was able to do exactly what I needed to have done AND saved me a significant amount of money in the process. I have been in customer service and management for decades and Willow is definitely someone that I would gladly have working for me! Thank you all very much!
