I went with my family for the Christmas after sales, in the sephora shop was a self the top shelf was 10 and under , the middle 20 and under so one would assume the third was 30 but I wasn't sure so I took two items and brought them up from she scaned them on rung up as 55 and the other 45 I told her they were on the shelf, she said things get moved all the time but I said that this was with multiple others of the same item and brand all on the sale shelf but she just said it's wasn't on sale. I walk by again later and not only do I see her returning the items back to the sale shelf but her returning the 25 and under sign she found right next to the items supposedly not on sale. So not only was this women to lazy to go check if I was right about the sale, but she did nothing to fix this issue for future customers ? I am absolutely pissed?????

I stopped in the store today to buy perfume for my daughter and had the displeasure of being “helped” by Roz. All I say is that Roz has a chip on her shoulder and should probably not work in retail. Our interaction dwindled my purchase amount significantly, so at least I can thank her for that. Had I not just gotten through working the midnight shift, I would have left and gone to another store. In fact, I contemplated it up until I completed the transaction. Learn how to treat your customers, Roz. You are obviously an unhappy person and it shows.

My experience at Sephora yesterday was exceptional. Truly all thanks to Taylor who works on the floor. She was so incredibly patient with me as I was looking for a bunch of products like foundation, highlighter, contour etc. Her recommendations were the best and I am so happy with my purchase. She also helped me shade match everything and guided me every step of the way which made everything so much easier. We love a passionate queen!!

Sephora is always well-stocked with the most popular fragrances. Dior Homme, which is my favorite, it’s always available.

no register open on return side of store, recovering from foot injury & having walked all the way in back of store for a Amazon return.I could not understand lady behind service desk sending people to other side of store while she & another employee stood behind desk with no customers. I put my purchases back & could not walk both sides of store so I left without any items I wanted.

Was just at the clay store to find that it’s under renovation to make way for Sephora - why??? Now everything is crammed together, hard to find things and some brands that I like are no longer there. I still like kohl’s, but don’t see the need for the huge Sephora area. Bring back the fine jewelry.
