As a local business owner , I understand what Excellent customer service is, and I am also familiar with Less than acceptable customer service is. With COVID, schedules , staffing concerns, etc, I understand that there has to be some reasonable flexibility with expectations, delivery times, and at times communication. I ordered custom furniture for a brand new car dealership from this company. I had the option to order furniture elsewhere with a 12 week lead time which would have worked out just as well, but based on reassurance from the sales rep we decided to do business with them. We are going on over 6 months and continue to get told that we have been "bumped" for larger jobs without any ETA available. The owner is inaccessible and the sales rep is afraid of upsetting anyone with any form of pressure to provide his customers what they've paid for . Through building multiple stores over the years I have many companies that we have to work with to make it all come together. The "Care factor" here seems non existent. Response has diminished from the sales rep. This place WAY over promises and under delivers. Running a business properly is definitely not their strong suit Bring your business elsewhere ....... Don't get stuck with half of a custom job like me. I have no choice now but to start over and take my loss with some of the offices . COVID or not, there is no excuse for a lack of communication. Go somewhere where your business and deadlines will be respected and taken seriously. I don't usually leave negative reviews. I am old school . Face to face is how I prefer to deal with things . When my customers get to me...... I respond ........ Not these guys
