Great experience. Never utilized “Buy a lab test” option until now. It was extremely easy. Bought online and scheduled for “in-person” appointment at Quest location the same day. Fast, efficient and clean. Extenuating circumstances due to Primary Care Physician cancellation necessitated this option. The staff was friendly and experienced. Have used a different Quest location years ago for a regular blood draw – again excellent experience / staff. Would definitely recommend for those in similar circumstances.

Able to make appointments easily online. Receive text on phone the day of appointment to check in. The wait was extremely short and the blood draw was quick, friendly and efficient.

Don’t take walk ins when they’re empty. Turn you away an hour before they close. Seems like a lazy staff

Quest Liverpool was easy to find…. Phlebotomist was excellent gave a flawless blood draw. Im a nurse and critical… just being honest ….this Phlebotomist was excellent, it was an easy to schedule appt. ,short wait time, friendly and very professional experience . 5 stars hands down !Thank you ! No way to get in touch with them if your results arent coming up online. Very frustrated. When u call any of their numbers there no people answer. Impossible to get help if you have an issue. Actual test was okay but human element is totally removed and i have no idea how to get my important test results.

GPS shouldn't determine a review! Although I had no issues finding this place the staff was professional, kind & prompt. IF you book your appointment online it flows very well & you can even check in as you sit in your car & they'll send a text once they're ready for you.This place is very clean, organized & has a 'check in' kiosk inside if you chose to do it that way or were a walk-in patient.

My visit was great very fast i was in and out in 10 minutes Nancy was very sweet and very fast she was great at her job i have not one complaint about my visit.
