“I normally do not leave reviews, good or bad, but I visit this Kinney Drugs location very often and I wanted to leave this review for them. Every single visit, EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE is absolutely outstanding and so friendly and that is just so hard to come by these days. The pharmacy team is also equally amazing! The store is always so pristine and organized and I always notice that even when I am walking by an associate who is in the middle of a task, they always lift their head up and say hello. I worked in retail management for almost 20 years, I have never seen such a consistent, well run store like this Kinney Drugs location!”

“CVS Pharmacy inside of Target on RT.31, in Liverpool, N.Y. is truly an amazing pharmacy for many reasons. There is always someone there who will greet you with a kind smile, and there usually is not a long wait, if any at all. The staff does a very good job at doing their best to make sure they get things done as soon as possible. The head pharmacist, Elyse, is always willing to go the extra mile to help out when situations arise. Mike, another pharmacist is also extremely helpful with going the extra distance to make sure the customers are taken care of. I feel the staff itself is another reason I specifically go there. Amber, Missy, Sue and the rest of the staff are always so polite, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing a new pharmacy or anyone looking to switch pharmacies. I am a customer for life!”

Their house brand products are just as good as the original products, and somewhat lower. Wegmans is a pleasant place to shop and help is easy to find. But their prices overall have increased faster than inflation, so I've been shopping elsewhere.”
