Wrong load, sent me to the wrong warehouse to get it. I lost 8 hours. I did a complete reset because of them. They sent me to another warehouse and they bought back my truck load over, and I was 3 minutes driving from the original place. No joke. They took 8h to bring the right stuff over and put out the BOL. That's not nice at all.

One of the worst company in terms of customer service. Arrived at 11:00 pm for midnight appointment. Got loaded at 8:30 am and called back from I-90 because they load the wrong order in my trailer.

This facility is NOT 24hrs. They do close for the weekends. Sunday night the yard drivers start their shift. If you are delivering roll stock its by apointment and you use door 11. They allow overnight parking only if you are delivering or picking up, once your business is done you are expected to leave. Time for loading and unloading will vary, be patient it is what it is. By now you should know to expect these issues as a dry van driver.

1am appointment. I had to wait on 3 trucks before me . It’s 3am and the forklift guy disappeared nowhere to be found ..

Delivering: Turn in by the entrance that says "Attention Drivers"... Not "Office". Back into an empty spot if available. Area is pretty busy with yard trucks and other deliveries.
Receiving office is on the right past the covered docks.
Report in, state appt. time and be assigned a dock. If assigned 10 or 11 at the end, maneuvering space will be tight, but very doable. Slide tandems back and really smack the door to slide their locking mechanism down. Chock wheel and disconnect trailer line.
Actual loading time is fairly quick. I was in and out in about an hour.

I expected to have a not very pleasant experience based on the comments, but I will tell you the following:
I checked in at 6 am they only have one door available for unloading... so as we arrive they unload us. They don't take more than 35 minutes and that's it. Just do a little work for the parking lot. They have no place to arrive at night but there is enough space on the street.

This sucks waiting since 8:00 am and it's 1:30 pm and still waiting. The treatment of the drivers is disgusting, it is not worth coming to this place. If I could give it zero star I would. It's a waste of time.

Terrible place to download ??.My appointment was for 2 am.I arrived at 1.45 am, they have no staff at night, no one knows anything, there is no one ?.The mule driver only knows how to put in empty trailers and take out loaded ones.When they gave me the door at 5.50 am, they also gave the door ?11 to another driver.In case the day wasn't stressful, I was also arguing with another driver through the same door.-Terrible service.-Lousy attention.-They do not value the work of the driver.-all day driving and then all night watching a door.IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS SITE, DO IT.THEY ARE INTERESTED IN YOUR LOAD AND WHAT YOU HAVE TIME FOR THEM, AND UNLOADING IS ANOTHER STORY.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.APT2.00 AM.DOOR.5.45 AM.EXIT.7.23 AM.

01/04/2023Checked in here at 6:30 a.m. that got 11 docks here. I'm the only truck here on the property but all they've been doing all day is putting in empty trailers taking loaded ones out the docks all day long while I still sit here this place is terrible. I advise you not to take the load come in here or you will be waiting it is now 2:30.pmThey finally going to put me in the dock been sitting in the dock for 45 minutes now. They still haven't touched me I've now been sitting here 7 hours and 45 minutes
