“Arrived a day early for appointment. Checked in office and was told i had one other truck ahead of me and to wait. Once the other truck was unloaded i backed into dock. Slide your tandems! Was unloaded and on my way. Total time from arrival to departure was right at 2 hrs. They will take your keys while you unload, but you can stay in your truck. No overnight parking.”

“Every time I've ever gone there I've always been in and out in about 45 minutes backing up into the dock is tight but if you have a head on your shoulder you can get it done. I'll be there again 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning to unload if anything has changed with their customer service I will post another review”
