Olga is absolutely amazing. She did so well with stolen check book despite being new. She's really easy on the eyes too. Thank you Olga we love you!!! Would recommend this branch to friends and family! The mortgage advisor is real cool too. Humorous and well spoken. Talk to this dude if you want to buy a home. You won't be disappointed.

Card got stolen, cancelled and wasn't allowed to order over the phone. Annoying but no big deal. I ordered a new card 3 times so far, after they originally refused to send to my PO box to make sure it was delivered safely and sent it to an old address multiple times. I've now been without a debit card for almost 4 months. I needed cash for a emergency but the bank was closed, tried moving it to PayPal or cash app or something, no luc, m and t only supports zelle.. Need a debit card number for that. Have no card number because they keep losing it. can't access my own money unless the bank is open or using a card. Have to go through Paypal and google pay to even do that which only works at not many places. ? and by the time I'm out of work they're closed, so pretty sure I'm just SOL . Been with m and t for 20 years and I'll be switching now. Just ridiculous

Finally enjoyed a customer service representative that was actually nice. Jevon at the Liverpool Branch was one of the nicest I’ve encountered in recent months. Most of the girls give the opinion that they could care less about helping you.

How do these people sleep at night. I opened a checking account with them and 30 days later I wrote a check from my old bank to these people. They said they had to hold it for five days. Five days later I went in and they said it hadn't cleared yet. I deposited the check last Friday and I went in today and they said maybe Saturday or Monday. I'm disabled and I try to survive on $724/mo SSDI so I don't have much money. I spent my last $5 on gas because the light was on. Now I'm flat broke until they get off their asses and engage in ethical business practices. As far as I'm concerned they took out a free loan at my expense. How low can you go. Taking advantage of the mentally ill. They can all go to hell. Stay very far away from this place!

Wonderful employees! They remember your first name and greet you when you come in! Excellent service and customer service! All banks should be like this!
