“What a great experience I personally had with Zack from N.Syracuse AT&T store. He was very helpful helping me set up my new S24+ phone. I was very surprised because, I didn't purchase at this store. His goal was to make sure that I was satisfied. In my opinion, AT&T could use more employees like Zack. So, if you head to North Syracuse store ask for Zack. Mention my name Milton. “Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”

“Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.”

“I worked with Caitlin McCann at the ATT store at the Destiny Mall in syracuse NY.She provided superior service. My issues with all the devices on my account wasn't an easy or quick fix. She was patient, kind, and was very professional during the multiple phone calls to customer care, port and activation, and back to customer care which totaled well over 2 hours of being on the phone. She advocated for me and helped resolve my issues with sincerity. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.”
