Staff were kind and helpful. This was my pet and my first time visit. The Dr. was very thorough and efficient. They handled my big bruiser cat, Fezzik, without any issues. So glad I chose to come here.

If you are seeking a reliable veterinarian for your exotic animals, I highly recommend this practice. We have entrusted the care of our hedgehog and rabbit to them, and all the staff treats them with extraordinary kindness and care as if they were their own pets. Dr. Jordan and Dr. McCoy are outstanding doctors and people. They provide thorough explanations of their findings, and they avoid unnecessary prescriptions, procedures or tests. Overall a great place!

This was our second time bringing our fur babies to this wonderful vet clinic, and once again impressed at the level of care they provide. Our last vet clinic in Lyncourt would take them in, do the necessities, and get you out the door ASAP with minimal interaction with either dog or human. Really never felt much care for either species, and appeared more about the money than anything else. Liverpool Village Animal Hospital on the other hand takes their time, explains their process, procedures and diagnosis, answering all questions without a hint of being rushed. Last Thursday we brought out 9 year old Jack-A-Bee and seeing how nervous she was, her attending doctor who isn’t her regular doc, sat on the floor with her, which blew me away and relaxed some of Maizy’s nerves. Huge shout out to Dr.‘s Fahey and Holtze at the clinic, two of the best vets we have met thus far. Liverpool Village Animal Hospital is now our clinic of choice, and don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Had my pets set up with this vet. My cat got sick and they told us that we needed to figure something else out as they weren’t too concerned about it. As a previous patient having already been set up with 4 animals, this is disgusting behavior and I’m glad you never touched my sick dying animal with your lack of sympathy and compassion. If you need anything of urgency, I highly recommend looking elsewhere as the manager “is sorry we feel as upset as we do”.

My dog had an immediate issue and they were able to schedule an appointment for a few hours after I called. They determined she had an infection and gave me meds to treat it. The staff put me and my dog at ease which means a lot as my dog is shy with people at first.
