“The store's customer service is fantastic!
After spending an hour on/off the phone with customer service on the phone & after that frustration, I walked into the store at 6:30p (they close at 7p) Amanda was AWESOME! She fixed my phone & helped me calm down because I went in & I kept thinking the guy on the phone made me feel stupid. Dude, I'm old & I'm not a technician!
