Apparently this is how we hook up a washing machine. Must be confusion with “please have it up & running for me” which is what’s advertised on the website. Don’t get me started on the fact that is scratched up on both sides & they didn’t leave the dryer because it came in the box broken.

This store no longer gives military discounts on building materials. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We will go to Lowes from now on.

Over two months to get Washer and Dryers. Unacceptable. Customer Service also sucks. Get told one thing and they don’t follow through with note and someone else says no, or won’t even listen to what you are saying. You would think spending thousands of dollars would give you good service but it doesn’t.
