I've been going here since 1990 when her mom owned the business. They are very professional and they know their stuff. I've had different breeds of dogs, Carin terrier west, highland white terrier, and now I have a mini golden doodle. Their cuts are always great. I live in Florida now and I always take the opportunity when I am back to get my mini goldendoodle groomed, Deb K.

Before my baby Bentley passed, we brought him to Heads & Tails based off a recommendation as we had just moved from downstate NY. The grooming went fine, he looked okay and didn't seem skittish which was good, as he was skittish around a lot of people other than those close to him. When I told them we thought Bentley was going to pass soon, they said call us whenever you get another dog and since you're already in the system, we will get him in. I got my dog Barzy shortly after Bentley passed and when I called for an appointment there was an EIGHT week wait. (And it wasn't around the holidays where you would expect extra business) I guess they're busy, which, hey good for them, but don't tell the customer you will get them in and then tell them they are essentially less priority. I now go to Sweet Paws in Cicero and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a better groomer. It's worth the few minutes extra drive, trust me. Their prices are better, the place is absolutely pristine and they will absolutely accommodate your pet to whichever groomer they attach to. Trust me, it's a much better experience

Everyone at Heads and Tails truly cares about all the animals they see. Very welcoming. The service is speedy and well done. Kris is the only person that can tackle my 90 pound Bluetick coonhound and get her nails perfectly cut and buffed! My pup loves Kris and everyone at Heads and Tails. Thank you all!

Was quoted $40 for price to groom 10lb dog....at check out it was $60 plus my puppy nipped and we were charged an extra $5 for that! Are you kidding me? Didn't break the skin but we were charged for it....lie about the cost then charge for a nip on the finger ? Never will return ...ridiculous!!!
