The workout… I am not new to working out or to group-workouts, but these classes have been a game-changer for me. The workouts are next level, challenging but in the best way possible. The different templates keep things interesting and I can feel myself getting stronger with each class. Plus they’re under an hour which is great for a busy life!

The experience... The most difficult part for me is walking into a new place for the first time. From day one, the team at Metabolic demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put me at ease. They are approachable, motivating, and genuinely happy to answer any questions I’ve asked.

I’ve had a chance to work with six coaches at Metabolic and all six of them, without exception, have been absolutely incredible. Their passion is infectious, and their knowledge is top notch. They all have this amazing knack for making every class feel like a personal victory.

In a month, I've seen improvements I didn't think were possible - physically and mentally. But, what stands out to me the most are that the coaches go beyond just leading the workout – they truly invest in your development. Whether it's fine-tuning your technique or sharing advice, they've got you.

Jason also invited me to train with him and give me advice. I don’t see other gyms offering to do this with out having to pay personal training fees, he goes above and beyond what is expected. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere. The gym is always being cleaned and upgraded with the best equipment!
