The sign states “free vacuums” under the logo when entering the lot. Soo, well I went to use these “free vacuums” like I have been for months and today was told they would not open the gate and corporate came and changed the policy. You need to buy a wash to be able to use them. Oh well, they aren’t the best anyways. I’ll find a new spot

I would like to say the general manager at this location was very helpful and respectful. Little back story, I went over to the cicero location and spoke to someone named Ashley to cancel my and my father's membership for the promotion sign up, so I didn't get charged for the third month. after speaking with Ashely, he said that he had cancelled both of them and told me that I was all set, I knew it was strange cause a few months ago I had a receipt when i cancelled.
So YESTERDAY I went over to the Liverpool location to figure out why there was two charges on my bank account from your company. I have to admit that I was very upset about this and that I might've had a attitude with Kam. But Kam was very understanding, and he ignored my attitude, while speaking with me he looked up my fathers and my membership accounts and He told me that They were both accounts were still active, I told him the dates that i went in the cicero location to cancel both accounts and he noticed he saw my membership was scanned so he saw the date and time. He went out of his way to issue a refund FOR both accounts. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER SERIVICE BETWEEN ASHLEY AND KAM. ONE SEEMS NOT TO CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS (ASHLEY) AND THE OTHER ONE WHO CARING AND WHO UNDERSTANDS WHICH IS KAM. I did apologize for the way that I treated kam and the speak to him, he was super respectful. Kam told me that I didn't need to apologize. I'd told him with the cicero location being 6 minutes down the road from my house, I'D RATHER CHOOSE TO HAVE THE LIVERPOOL LOCATION TAKE MY BUSINESS. I will definitely tell my family and friends to leave splash and delta to make a switch over to GO.

the manager kam is amazing tariq on the other hand is absolutely disrespectful and could have helped alot better and didnt seem to care about the left over soap i had on the car and some bad spots on my tires from the tireshine but Kam on the other hand was so helpful and guided me back into the wash and made sure it was all done correctly all i have to say is out of all the other car washes ive been to i will always go to where kam is because he is the best manager a job could ask for and that says alot because i live closer to the cicero location on 31 and i would much rather take the drive to liverpool and get the better treatment from this manager and staff than the other staff and manager who shouldnt be named (Ashley) he is very rude doesnt care about me at all or the vehicle told me to go somewhere else but thank god the liverpool location is on top of their A game and make it a better car wash than splash or delta sonic i have loved being a member for years now all thanks to Kam in liverpool you guys got a great leader and manager on this site so please keep him around i could tell he will be a very good asset to the company and will always have a smile and make business BOOMING

please don't take this as a bad review, I would like to mention this to you, I've been a member since April 2023. I haven't been happy with the service before, but I decided to stay due to new management, so in October I was able to meet the new general manager, I think his name is cam or kam, He is super nice and helpful with any issues that I may HAD. He even took the time to go out of his way to check on other vehicles in the vac lot and sent me and other customers and he noticed a few missed spots on my car and sent me thru again and made sure it was cleaned the proper way. But I did notice that he wasn't working for two or so months, and the service was good, but the quality was and wasn't good. The past two weeks I was going back to the liverpool location, I noticed cam was back and we had a good conversation for 10 mins about some pro and cons that, I sadly experienced, but cam did listen to me about took notes and I could tell that HE told his staff. Since then, my car has been very clean, and his team made me feel very welcomed.
Taric, kianna and cam are a good management team.Kianna was wonderful yesterday. Tariq made me and my wife laugh while he was spraying my car.
Cam present himself to care about his customers and I know the two others of his managers are very nice as well. I know the three of them will lead that store to success and Cam is a great businessman and to whom ever made him the general manager and picked the other two managers did a fantastic job picking them

Camronn booker went out of his way to make sure my car was satisfactory, I went in for a car wash, when I came out of the wash, my car had suds on it, he immediately came out of the office to see what was going on, he had me go in again to make sure it was corrected. I appreciate great service. 5 stars ⭐️ for great service.

Last three times the Members only gate would not go up, sat there while the other two gates allowed three and four vehicles pass. The last I went the line was stopped for some reason, waited 25 minutes and finally had to leave as I had an appointment.
Never had issues with the wash itself, just inconvenient to wait each time.

Car wash looked good but it was like a minute long and didn’t get the car fully clean. There was still soap residue on my vehicle after due to lack of rinsing. Also didn’t see or feel an undercarriage rinse. Could be wrong but just wanted to get my experience out there.

They get the job done here. It's a good car wash. My only complaints are low air pressure, which makes the system useless, in the vacuum lot; and the lack of cleaning sprays that other car washes offer for free, such as glass cleaner and air freshener.
