If only the public new the truth of how horrible the staff are treated and how incompetent the administration/ president/ CEO/etc. truly are. It is only going to get worse for the patients as Crouse cannot get or keep staff. The sole focus of CMP is business, they could care less about the patients and staff.

I love my doctor at this practice, I have been seeing her for about 16 years and all 3 of my children do as well. We never had an issue getting appointments , medication refilled, asking questions etc...however since crouse took over it has been 40 minute phone waitsand several tries to even get through to anyone, the phone would ring and ring without end. I let it ring for 14 minutes before someone picked up.... Then our script wouldn't even be called in. I called this morning to reschedule an appointment and it said my estimated time to talk to a scheduler was 40 minutes! So I hung up and tried to call in my son's script. I have been on the phone waiting 19 minutes and it has told me estimate time is 1 minute for 10 minutes. This is disgusting. I am on the hunt for a new doctor which is unfortunate because Dr Singh is amazing, but what's the point if I can't even gain access to her services? Do better Crouse. You're awful

I have been going to this office for a few years now. It was wonderful. Since it has become Crouse Medical Practice, it’s awful. Let me preface this by saying the Providers, and nurses are amazing! Devon Anderson PA is above and beyond with her kindness and knowledge. The staff is overrun with a new system, and test results take forever to come back, are not posted. I came in with a serious issue and blood work was immediately ordered. Here we are end of the week. I cannot get a nurse on the phone, or anyone to post the results. If you wait on the nurse line for 40 minutes it sends you to appointments and you do not speak to a healthcare professional regardless. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Hoping this office receives the support from the facility that purchased it. Patients are being neglected and it’s not the Providers or nurses.

My insurance company had them listed as a practice taking new patients, I waited on hold for 47 minutes to be told, no they do not take new patients. They blamed my insurance company for failure to updating their files. How about putting on your phone message, you are not taking new patients. I would have loved not to waste 47 minutes on hold.

I have been with this practice since 2015. I brought my family of 4 to the practice. I had requested Dr. Singh and saw her. I called when I was sick and scheduled with PA Stever and same with my husband. Stever left and I saw Nicole Corlyon. My husband and I asked staff how do we see Dr. Singh - staff told us “just ask.” He got an appointment. I was in December 2023 and was told someone would call to set up an appointment. No one called and admittedly, it slipped my mind too. I called once I received notice Nicole was leaving. So per the conversation my husband and I had with staff, I called and asked to see Dr. Singh. The woman who answered the phone said, no you can’t see her she is not your provider. When I have called in the past for appointments, they scheduled me with PAs/Nurse Practitioners “because Dr. Singh is booked too far out.” Not my choice, that was who was available. So why tell me and my husband all we have to do is ask and then tell me tough luck when I ask. The woman I spoke with Friday, was rude and became combative when I asked for an explanation. She then told me I would need to complete new paperwork to “reapply” or “request a change.” Since the change to Crouse, customer service isn’t so great. The care I have received over the last several years is great, so Friday’s interaction leaves me wanting to find a new provider. I’ve been with the practice almost 10years and I am familiar with Dr. Singh from the few visits I have had with her, but now they want me to start at square one with someone who doesn’t know me. Sad to see what is happening with the practice.

Joel Delaney is wonderful, IF YOU CAN GET IN. June 3rd 2024, I called office from 9am until 3:47pm. Ended up going to urgent care. Everytime I called family practice on Oswego Rd, regardless of extension I tried, I got a busy signal!!! And I tried ALL EXTENSIONS! Ever since they went to crouse the service is horrible. Couldn't make an appointment, Couldn't renew my meds for breathing, Couldn't talk to a nurse, etc etc. Every single extension busy busy busy. In today's day and age of technology, why am I getting busy signals at my doctors office. I think going bigger was way more then this practice can handle and it's all at their patients expense!!!! Soo frustrated and very disappointed!!!

I have absolutely had it with this office. They have messed up my last two prescriptions so badly. This is not acceptable. I received better service calling my plan's telemedicine provider. If Nicole thinks that waiting over 24 hours for an antibiotic to be called in for my diagnosis, she's delusional

I’ve been going to this practice for 10 years and up until now it’s been great. This past year has been a nightmare trying to get an appointment let alone anyone on the phone. It’s super disappointing considering the doctors are amazing but the office staff has made it impossible. If you’re not already a patient here I would not waste your time unfortunately

My doctor retired in 2021 and I’ve had nothing but issues since. They don’t have enough physicians for their patients and I’ve had 3 different NPs assigned to me in the last 3 years. Every month trying to fill the prescription I’ve been on for years was a hassle. I’d put it through in the portal and have to call multiple times to get it sent in. At times, I’ve had to wait weeks for my prescription. Reaching out to the administrator was useless as she just looked at the notes and said I didn’t have any issues with refills….because the staff isn’t documenting properly. I gave up on sick appointments because instead of treating me, they were always trying to refer me to specialists for things as simple as sinus infections. But don’t worry they’ll never actually send in the referral and when you call about it, it’s no where in your chart that it was even discussed. You have to follow up for a response as well because they won’t reach back out when the NP finally responds. I was forced to wait an entire week for antibiotics once and I only received them when I called the office in tears. After that I just went to urgent care when I was sick. Nothing was ever taken care of at any appointments I had. They also like to cancel appointments right after you make them but they won’t call you, they’ll just send a letter the next day stating you need to call to reschedule. I missed my physical in October and the next available appointment was in May. I’m so glad to be out of that office and with a practice that actually cares about it’s patients. This practice only cares about how much money they can squeeze out of its patients while not even providing the bare minimum of care. My only regret is not jumping ship sooner.

While in person one-on-one care may be good, once you are actually able to secure an appointment, this office is terrible in all other ways. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are seeking a new practice. Our latest (of many) issues is after having a series of tests due to a medical emergency, we were patiently waiting for this office to call and discuss/schedule results (as they said they would) only to find out from the testing facility that results had been sent to our provider 4 weeks ago.
The medical community everywhere (like many others) is stressed with under staffed offices and too many patients, I understand that. However, this office lacks any follow up or customer care in anyway. It’s incredibly difficult to get an appointment, but what’s more infuriating is that once you do - there is little to no follow up or care afterwards on their end. You have to repeatedly call (which they often don’t answer any extensions) and persist. It’s one thing to have self-follow up and be responsible for your own health, but it’s discouraging and irresponsible to not have the same proactive mindset from your provider.

I feel bad posting this as the PA I have seen for many years is wonderful. The office staff and the merger have made it so I have had to switch practices. I called 6 months ago to schedule a yearly physical and to get a referral. They called me 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment to tell me my appointment no longer existed, and they were not currently making appointments. When I tried to ask questions I was told the person on the phone’s shift was over in 5 minutes and then I was yelled at. It is so sad because there are good providers at this practice but the way their practice is structured it is impossible to get an appointment to see them.

So far this merge has been a nightmare. Took me a week to get my husband in to have something looked at. I was just on the phone for 38 mints waiting on hold for them to tell me to call back because they don't have the June schedule up yet. Seriously

I have a prescription that I have to call in to refill every single month, and every single time I wind up going days to weeks without my medication because they always drag their feet on refilling it.
I get times are hard and staffing is low, but that shouldn’t be my problem. If you can’t handle your patients, pay more to get more staff or close up shop cause you aren't handling this well enough.
