I had a severe hair emergency a day before a vacation. My regular stylist must have had a bad day and wrecked my hair. I was deeply upset and looked awful and was going to cancel my vacation. I called the salon, which I had heard great things about, not expecting them to be able to accommodate me especially as a new client as I had heard they were not accepting new clients. But I was wrong. They could not have been more responsive, kind, and helpful. They took pity on me and it just so happened that someone was able to fit me in. It was difficult to fix as there wasn't much left to work with and it took 3 hours, but the stylist did a fantastic job. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The salon was beautiful and the owner works on the premises. I can't say thank you enough for making me feel human again. It allowed me to have a stress free time on a wonderful vacation. Love the Euforium Hair Salon!! Teresa has been styling my hair over 20 years. She makes your time there feel more like spending time with your friends. She is a great stylist !! My whole family goes to the Euforium. Maria has been styling my sons hair since their first haircut. My son who moved to Rochester still comes back to Syracuse to get his haircut at the Euforium.Service: Hairstyling

They just need a better way for new people to make appointments. Since we don't know any of the stylists they have to check with each one to see if they have any openings and someone would call. I now know why the one review of not getting a call back happened. Would like to have had the chance to judge them on their work instead of getting in the door.
