Great service experience! They offered to pick up my car from my house and return it the same day. There is no extra charge for this service! It made it so easy to get my car serviced! I needed a basic oil change and tire rotation. I received several updates to keep me informed! I got a phone call to select several options for service with no pressure. Then another call at the conclusion of my service to pay my bill. This could not have gone any better!

2018 explorer, new from them in 2018-The worse customer service in the service department! My car was there 8 days for what I believed to be a one day thing. I had to text and or call (hours apart) several times every day before I got any responses from Bill. No parts...I needed a water pump- couldn't find any anywhere??!! Never will they get my business again. Prior to this, Anthony was great!

I purchased and have been getting my escape serviced here for years. Service teams are friendly but struggle with keeping you informed of the service. I made an appointment for state inspection and oil change. Dropped off at 830am and went to work. By 130pm I messaged to make sure there weren’t any surprises. My vehicle had not even been taken in at that point. Fast forward few hours and I’m reaching out again due to no communication. I asked if my car would be ready by 5pm for planned pick up and got a simple yes response. Why am I making an appointment for 830 when it’s not even started until after lunch? I’ll likely still go there for inspections and routine maintenance, but hope to see better service updates in the future.
