Best place to go for help with technical support. More helpful than any other phone store. Everywhere else we tried was inattentive or just said they couldn’t help with accounts not associated with the brand, or third party apps. Staff I are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time to help customers.

Fixed my sons xbox in a couple hours! Called and went to several other places who were going to charge 3x the price and had to wait over 2 weeks! Will never do business with any other place! BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

Went to CPR Cell Phone Repair this morning. He fixed my phone in minutes and didn't charge me. Very nice, knowledgeable man. I highly recommend this place.

That Kyle and Johnny guy are a great combo to run the store. Kyle fixed my phone screen and was very accurate when it would be done. They don't mess around here. Plus Johnny is funny!

I took my iPhone 13 in for a new battery this week. My husband has had repairs done here and he was pleased with the service. My battery was replaced with a genuine apple battery. I did notice a problem afterward with the microphone on my phone and took the phone back in for further evaluation. It had worked fine before the battery change out but now was not working. They looked at my phone and figured out what was wrong and fixed my microphone at no extra charge. They went the extra mile and this is what made me decide that I'll be back if I need a future repair. They are very courteous and do great work.

Helped me out with a charging issue and was all set not even 5 minutes later and didn't charge me anything definitely will keep in mind if I have anything else wrong in the future

I was there today for a cell phone sim card problem and even though the gentleman disn’t fix it he knew exactly what was wrong and told me to go to my phone carrier. He was very helpfulAnd my phone carrier fixed the issue.
