Sent in a 3DS for a dead camera that needed to be replaced. The people here were transparent with the whole process, and answered any questions I asked.

Best place to go for help with technical support. More helpful than any other phone store. Everywhere else we tried was inattentive or just said they couldn’t help with accounts not associated with the brand, or third party apps. Staff I are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time to help customers.

Fixed my sons xbox in a couple hours! Called and went to several other places who were going to charge 3x the price and had to wait over 2 weeks! Will never do business with any other place! BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!
