Passing through town, we found this gem of a hotel easy to access. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. My MIL raved about the comfortable beds and perfect pillows for the rest of our week-long trip.

Booked this through hotwire and in my experience hotwire means the least desired rooms. This was no exception. No view, awkward entrance with sink right to the left and shower/bathroom has seen better days. At least the breakfast was fine and the bed was good. Not really good value either.

Easy to check in but then when I got to my room there was a horrible smell. I could not figure out what it exactly was but I believe it was the carpet. It was so bad that at 11pm at night I had to ask to be moved to another room. They did accommodate the move and the woman at the desk was very friendly but the new room had a toilet seat that was too small for the toilet. However, the new room had no carpet and no smell but at that point I was so grossed out that I didn’t want to be there. I will not book here again.

Clean and well run little hotel in convenient “passing through” location. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. GM was so good to us, accommodating our early check in request. If we pass through again, we will seek this location out!

My daughter and I were travelling with our 13 yr old German Shepherd. Pat checked us in and made us feel right at home. Even though we didn’t let them know in advance about our dog, Pat accommodated us quickly and easily. When the breakfast buffet needed help cleaning and restocking, she pitched right in. We will stay here our next time in Syracuse.Rooms: The room was very clean. The filters in the a/c unit had been recently cleaned and it pumped out ice cold air. The best feature was the queen sized beds. The mattresses were clean and extremely comfortable. The bedding was a higher quality than usual.Nearby activities: The hotel is just 3 minutes from Destiny USA, and is perfectly situated to make getting around easy. Tons of restaurants to satisfy any desire within a range of price points.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was excellent. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they did not run out of anything. The buffet area was immaculate. Just wish they had a but more seating.Noteworthy details: The property is very well maintained. We watched the owner walk the property in his full business attire, picking up litter as he went.

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Room was clean, comfortable. Morning breakfast offered wide selection. Again, a friendly welcome from the breakfast room staff. A very pleasant surprise.

Great place to stay! Loved the earthy and modern room decor and cleanliness. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of charging outlets available. Compact room with king size bed, but was roomy enough for us to get around without falling over each other. Breakfast was excellent - not just the standard Comfort Inn offerings we have experienced in the past. It was more like all of them combined at once. The hotel was full so the breakfast area was a bit crowded with people looking for an open place to sit and long lines at the waffle station, which made getting to the eggs and toast areas difficult, but it is nothing a slight reconfiguration and an extra table or two wouldn't fix. We booked this brief birthday getaway with points through the app and I was so surprised to receive a bottle of wine at check-in. What a nice touch!Rooms: Very clean but compact room with king size bed, easy chair, and desk chair. Comfortable enough size to not trip over each other. Lovely decor with photos of natural elements. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of charging outlets. Alarm clock but no room phone.Food & drinks: Normally stays at Comfort Inns have offered waffles, an egg item and a meat item, toast or bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal or dry cereals with fresh fruit available for breakfast. Here we had available scrambled eggs and omelets, sausage, hash brown patties, fresh fruit, and cut up fresh fruit salad, in addition to the waffles, cereals, yogurt, etc. There were also quick microwaveable breakfast sandwiches as well. We were well taken care of by a very friendly and busy breakfast attendant. I don't know if this feast was because it was Sunday, or if it is a daily offering, but we were blown away by it.Noteworthy details: The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. I was surprised by the communication via text letting me know if I had an issue with the room or internet, how to get help, but it was actually quite convenient.

We have stayed here before, and both the staff and the rooms were wonderful. We had a situation come up during my last day and they were extremely helpful and considerate. It definitely would be our first choice for staying in Syracuse. I highly recommend them.Rooms: Clean and modern.

Our experience at Comfort Inn on 7th North was excellent. The service was terrific, the breakfast was very good, our room was clean and neat. There was an abundance of clean towels. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are pretty dirty, stained sheets, hair in the shower, clothes left in the room, smoke detector falling off the wall. Just had a random a employee open my room with me in it without even knocking.

Great location… within a couple mins from everything. Service at hotel was spectacular! Everybody so friendly and willing to help! Rooms were perfect great air conditioning!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal! We WILL be back and WILL use this hotel every time from here on out! Very VERY Clean hotelRooms: Rooms a little small but perfect for what we needed!!! Great location near the fairgrounds near the zoo near the airport. Elaborate continental breakfast. All the common areas were clean up to date. The room was clean, beds appeared very clean, little hard but okay for one night.

I booked a hotel at the comfort inn (401 7th North St.,Liverpool, NY, 13088). Check in was great and front desk staff was very nice. We had a 2 queen suite as I have 4 kids traveling with me, one of them being a 9 months old. We get to our room and my first concern was the entire suite only had 2 desk lamps for the entire room. As my wife used her phones flashlight to navigate the dark room to find the desk lamp switches we noticed the floor of the room very dirty. After getting some lights on the floor was incredibly dirty and had ants. We also found the side table had a gross sticky mess and there was hair all over one of the bed sheets which still looked like it had been used. I've stayed at alot of choice hotels and have never had an issue. This was the first hotel room I had to leave and request a refund as I didn't think another room or the next mornings breakfast would be sanitary. We ended up driving around for another hour or our vacation desperately looking for another room that could accommodate our large group and had to take a room at another hotel which cost us $50usd more than what we budgeted for our trip when we booked and left for the trip.

First stay at this hotel and was I ever surprised. Our room was small but extremely sufficient. Our bed was probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. There were a couple bumps as the shower had a bar that was broken so I ended up with lots of water on the floor..we reported the issue and we watched the staff put in a maintenance request. The manager Rob Ward was amazing ..friendly and just about the nicest manager ever. Comfort Inn has a real gem when he was hired...We passed on the breakfast but certainly looked good. All in all this place is one the best and visitors should not be skeptical about staying here.This hotel is a hidden gem. Will certainly stay there again.Rooms: Bed was amazing
