Just a heads up and nothing against this particular location or employees but their "policy" is to collect a NON REFUNDABLE $150 from you as a "registration fee" to even be added to the waitlist. They can't tell you WHEN or IF they will have a spot for you and they won't give you the money back if you find other arrangements. Extremely unreasonable to ask parents for money when you're not even guaranteeing the child a spot. Sounds like you're taking advantage of the desperate situation parents are in for childcare so you can profit. Registration should be charged when actually registering, when you actually have space available.

Twice in a month we have been sent a message saying our child can’t go to daycare for a week from child time on Taft rd. They do not care that you are paying them for a service. They do not care about the job that you have to be at daily. If you want to keep your job choose a different daycare for your child. And they just sent out an email explaining that they are shutting down for 2 and a half more weeks. And btw I love how you can comment on my post but I can’t on your reply. I have contacted your customer support team. They helped nothing! All spots are full in all of your other facilities.

This is my personal experience with this location of child on Taft Rd. My children are 2 and 3. They were there for only 4 full days. My day dropping them off I was anxious, I have never put them in daycare before and they have always had private care so I was nervous and did not know what to expect. My first impression was not a good one. I dropped my children off a little after 7am, my oldest daughter said she needed to use the restroom. As we walked they had two smaller toilets for the kids and the seats were COVERED in dry pee stains! I wish I had taken a picture!! it was absolutely disgusting. I held my daughter so she didn't have to sit on it! You would think it being their first time they would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and try to be enthusiastic with the kids but we got the bare minimum. When I picked them up that day I first went into my 2yr olds class, her diaper was so full of pee it was hanging out of her shorts half way to the floor! When I had pointed it out to her care giver all she could say was that it was time for diaper changes as if they are on a schedule to change diapers rather than changing as needed. She had just finished changing a little boy and then proceeded with my daughter. She DIDNT place and sort of sheet on the changing table while my daughter was laying on it butt naked!! and she never wiped her with a wipe... simply just put a new diaper on her. Day 2 and Day 3 were average. I understand there are many children to tend to but however i believe keeping children relatively clean should be a priority. My youngest had dry milk all over her mouth and cheeks and looked like she spilled some on her clothes( i packed an extra change of clothes just in case). DAY 4 (last day) was the WORST experience. I picked my children up around 4:30, I picked my 2yr old up first in her class room, as I went to pick her up her body was so hot and she didnt look so well! Regardless that it was hot that day she was inside and it was cool. Her teaches said she got really fussy around 3pm and was asking for me. I could tell the second I picked her up she had a fever... when we got home she had a 102.3 fever!!!!!! If they even bothered to pay a little extra attention and put two and two together they would have known she was sick. I never received a phone call or anything! I am not happy with this at all and these care givers are responsible for the well being of our children. Its absolutely not acceptable!!

My daughter has been going to Childtime on W Taft for 2 years. The staff are AMAZING and really care about my child. We communicate all day via an app which keeps me updated. The teachers send pictures of their experiments and my daughter has learned so much! I would recommend Childtime on W Taft to anyone looking for quality daycare. From the office to the teachers to the cook- everyone is very friendly and truly care about the children. My daughter has LOVED every teacher she has had. We ❤ our Childtime Family!

My son has been going to child time for a little over two years now and all I can say is the staff is wonderful. Child time has wonderful communication with all the parents and truly an open door policy if there are any issues. You honestly feel like family when you walk in the doots.

My older daughter attended the Childtime when she was two years old and she was very much happy with the Center Director Pam and other teachers/staffs. When our younger daughter came, we never worried and we sent her to Childtime without any hesitation. We never worry about our daughters when they are in Childtime. We are very much happy with the Childtime, Pam, Rebecca and all other teachers/staffs because they treat our child like a family member. I really recommend this Childtime.

My son and I had a wonderful experience at this facility! When I walked in, I was greeted by Rebecca who gave me a tour of every classroom, to get familiar with the teachers, children and to see how they do things in their facility. During my tour I observed how the teachers cared for the children, and it was amazing to see how loving and caring they were, as if the children were their own! Which is exactly what I want for my son in daycare! Everyone from the director Pam to the teachers were so warm and welcoming! Which is exactly what I was looking for! Being that I am a new mom who didn't have such a good experience at another daycare facility, I was hesitant about trying another center, but I'm so glad I found this one! They have everything you could look for in childcare! I could not think of any other place I would bring my child while I go to work! Thanks so much Pam and Rebecca for such a great experience!!

I have two children one that is five her name is Journey and one that is two Her name is Harmony, They have both been attending Childtime for about a year. Journey was full time at first until she started kindergarten now she goes when there are snow days and breaks from school and she loves going. Harmony goes full time and she has learned so much from going to this day care she knows how to count to 13 she knows all of her alphabet all of her colors, Harmony had me questioning if I could really bring her to a day care at first because she liked to throw a lot of fits when she didn't get her way. Going to day care she has also learned to have patients as much as any two year old can that is and speaks in sentences better now. In all I would just like to say that Lisa, Pam, Lorie, Ashley, Sara, and all the staff are doing an amazing Job with the children there.

I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for quality care.

As a new parent, I would highly recommend the Childtime center located on W. Taft Rd for parents seeking childcare.Months before my son was born I had interviewed/selected a daycare close to my work and our pediatrician so I could easily check on my son during my lunch breaks and quickly make any first year appointments without missing too much work. To ensure my spot, I had turned in all paperwork, paid the registration fee, bought everything on their list, and had a box of pampers/wipes ready to go in advance. This was done to avoid last minute craziness, reduce stress, and to ease the transition back to work. Additionally, I had been proactively calling periodically just to make sure we were still all set. Then a week before I was suppose to return to work that same daycare called me stating they had some staffing issues and now couldn’t take my son. I was devastated. I now had only one week to find someplace new that was safe, creditable, close, affordable, and could quickly take a newborn. I previously experienced long waiting lists for newborns thus the reason for setting everything up with this other daycare so far in advance. To me, this situation brought on additional unnecessary stress. I was already trying to prepare myself for bringing my child to daycare for the first time and for returning to work. Now I also had to scramble last minute to find another childcare provider. I would not wish this on any new parent. I immediately started calling local daycare's to see who could accommodate a newborn last minute, schedule meetings with prospective facility Directors, and schedule tours for those prospective facilities.By the time I had set up a meeting/tour with the W. Taft Rd Childtime center, I had already seen several other facilities but Childtime stood out. Pam Spadaro-Frear the Director at the W. Taft Rd Childtime center was awesome. She listened to my story, apologized for what I was put through, sympathized with me, answered my 101 questions, assured me Childtime was equipped to deal with staffing issues if they arose, and gave me a thorough overview of Childtime and what they hoped to achieve. Additionally, she made every effort to quickly get my son into the infant program, allowed me to chat with the teachers, and even offered the opportunity for me to come in with my son a couple times so “we” could attain a comfort level before starting daycare full-time. I was so grateful. Furthermore, that first full-week she assured me I could call, check in, or contact her if I needed anything as much as I needed. This was reassuring. My son has been at this facility now for 6 weeks and we love it. His teachers Jess & Brandy are awesome. They are personable, friendly, greet me every morning, take my son so I can leave, I have seen them talking & playing with him & other children, and they keep me updated on his daily progress to ensure a smooth transition at home. Essentially we work together as a team and I think that is important. I can go to work every day knowing my son is safe, with people who care about him, support his individual needs, and foster socialization. I can’t ask for anything more. I love seeing his face light up each morning when I drop him off as he sees his friends and teachers. There is no better feeling. And any other staff members I have met while coming in and/or leaving each day has been equally as friendly. As a new parent, I dreaded dropping my son off at daycare especially after spending 12 weeks at home with him everyday. I worried he wouldn’t get the individual attention he needed to keep progressing but that was not the case. I have seen my son emotionally & developmentally flourish in the past few weeks. To me this is reflective of the staff and care he has received and reinforces that I chose the right place. Again, I would highly recommend the exceptional staff at the W. Taft Rd Childtime location to any parent looking for a safe, creditable, caring, and responsible daycare.

The director and staff here are very helpful and caring. Everyone knows my child's name and I am always able to speak directly with his teachers and the director at any time. They are all very helpful. I am very grateful for the program having experienced both home and private person friends' care options. I feel my child is in a better environment where he can learn, grow, develop, and socialize with children his own age.

Both of my grandchildren attend Childtime in Liverpool and Pam, the Director, oversees their care, safety and happiness. I could not be happier with Pam and this center. I never worry about them when they are there. Everyone knows them and me by name and treats us all with courtesy, compassion and caring. They all make me feel very comfortable - like part of a big, happy family. Whenever there is a problem, Pam handles it quickly, efficiency and with so much love and care it's unbelievable. I am so grateful to Childtime, Pam, Rebecca and all the other teachers there. Thank you so much!

Childtime was recommended by our pediatrician, who is also a neighbor, and has a value system similar to our own. Pam & Rebecca have become like extensions of our own family, and we have no qualms or hesitation leaving the boys under their care and guidance. The staff & teachers extend a genuine sense of affection and compassion towards the children, and it reflected in the outstanding social growth & development they display each week. Hats off to the entire Childtime cadre for their dedication and attention to detail when caring for our two boys. I urge any parent who is considering another agency or service to pay Childtime a visit, and see that the staff and facilities there can stand up to any parents' scrutiny. Thank you!
