My kids (2) have gone to childtime on Morgan for about 4 yrs. The teachers are great. Upper management has changed and even though we're only there on breaks everyone remembers the kids names and gives hugs. I'm happy we have this for them. Recommend to everyone. Just don't take their spots for breaks

I do not recommend this Childtime location to any family. My son was there for less than 6 months, and we saw a rapid decline in the center during this short time period. The manager, Sheila, is a new and very green manager. She does not possess the skill set to bring this location and her staff to the next level. Staff I feel did their best, but there was no structure, improvements on any of my concerns, or real direction it appeared. This spilled over into the children’s daily environment, my son truly dreaded going to school every day.The center was filthy. Daily we had to enter into a room that had not been painted or maintained in any way. Until about 2 weeks ago, an empty toilet paper roll was taped onto the door handle so it would work correctly. We paid $306 a week for this service, and left with an extremely bad taste in our mouth that this form of center is allowed to run under the management it has.

This place clearly has terrible management. There are alot of better options around that are far more worth the money they charge. You can tell the staff cares about the kids but unfortunately they're not treated right by management, the high turn over of staff proves it. Management is a joke here and they definitely DO NOT know what they are doing. Support locally owned over this corporate non sense.

Love Childtime. More importantly, my son loves Childtime and he knows he's cared for there. Amazing and caring staff.

Love the staff. They are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Seeing the same faces day to day is reassuring that my baby will get the care and attention needed to develop and grow. Also having the same teachers day to day makes it easier to reassure any questions or concerns you may have get addressed. I love that they know my son by name, know me and know our schedule. Honestly I couldn’t imagine our son going anywhere else.

For approximately 7 years I have taught Karate programs to the children at many of the Syracuse area Childtimes. I am always proud to be involved with this organization and very much enjoy teaching at the Liverpool location. The Director, and staff are always friendly. They are very professional, and take a sincere interest in each child that attends.Master Rick Miori,Miori Martial Arts

My son will be doing the pre-k program starting in September.. During the tour, I was impressed with the one on one interaction and the security of the building. Very happy that my son will be going there.
