As always, Butch's was very professional. They quickly and correctly determined the problem with my 1995 Trans Am Convertible. They gave me a very reasonable quote and had the work done in just a couple of days. With all the stories of outrageous repair costs out there, Butch's always surprises me. They are alway below what I expect to pay.

Butch is the most honest business i have encountered. I would never let another Auto repair shop touch my car unless under warranty. I don't even ask for an estimate - just drop it off and let him do what ever is necessary and I know it will be done right and at a fair and reasonable price. My daughter had an estimate for a $1,300 repair - I took it to Butch and he fixed it for about a $100. Butch's is number one by a country mile, you literally can take that to the bank.

He would rather make excuses than just say he isn't equipped to do the job. Several excuses which ultimately just led to no each time instead of just saying I can't do it. Also ended the phone call on me.
