“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”

Accommodations are top-notch, with modern amenities and swift maintenance. The community thrives with fun events year-round, fostering a very digestible and welcoming atmosphere. I did not select any specific roommates, and had some trouble with others in my initial suite. The staff ensured that I was as comfortable as possible, and I was able to quickly and easily transfer apartments, where I now reside much happier. This goes to show how paramount resident comfort is here. Their attention to detail and upkeep of the buildings is amazing. The cost of living is also phenomenal, showing a much more affordable living situation than most campus housing. For a truly exceptional living experience, UV Apartments exceeds my expectations on all fronts. I highly recommend this space to any students of SU and ESF.”
“The Fairways is amazing! We lived here for 3 years and would have stayed here much longer if we didn’t move into a house. Now 2 years later my boys have their own apartment at Cobblestone and even better my daughter has also her own apartment right next to my wife and I

“We at Touching Hearts at Home enjoy working with all the staff at The Nottingham. We have past and current clients in the independent living building and our care partners feel welcome when visiting their clients. The facility is clean, they have allot of activities and continue to partner with TH. Niki Heaton and her staff are wonderful as well as Mary Wassel in the memory care facility. We appreciate everything they do.”

The building even offers a Service Coordinator who was able to answer all of the clients questions and help them with the complicated application. 100% recommend!!”
