“Victory is the best leasing office on campus. They respond fast, have fair pricing, great, fast, and free maintenance. Everyone in the office is so friendly. The apartments have a ton of space and all of the appliances are new and actually work, which is rare for Syracuse housing. They have a lot of locations available all throughout campus :)”
“I have always had prompt responses from maintenance, like when I needed my toilet fixed or when we had a pest issue. The office staff is always diligent, especially Sarah, and has come to patiently help me during lockouts and is always a friendly face in the office!”

“I have lived at Elm Hill for almost 5 years and have always had a great experience with great neighbors plus the office has always been great. This year we unfortunately had to deal with a hiccup regarding a new tenant in 40 unit 1, they moved in and the daughters room was below ours and had been loud for over a year, even after trying to address it and ask politely that it be turned down they still chose to be rude and disrespectful. We were working with elm hill regarding the issue and had a sound test done by Camillus Police Department in which they found that the noise we had been hearing was indeed true and a statement was made and confirming that all the calls made were legit. Sadly this same tenant made false accusations regarding my boyfriend and had to be investigated before getting hired at his new job and had to have other tenants talk to them as well to confirm he was a good person and not racists. Eventually my boyfriend chose to leave Camillus Police Department as he did not feel it was a good fit especially with the tenants below as we did not want it to conflict with his job. The girls in the office have always been professional and confidential with information and very helpful to work with they truly care about their tenants and peaceful environment of your home. Our neighbors are wonderful and truly have been a great support system as it had affected them as well! The apartment itself is nice and updated, it is close to everything and 690 is right there!! Also Jeremy and Will have been awesome maintenance guys! We would recommend them to others as we already have and had a friend move in a building over!”
“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”

We work with staff at the independent living building and memory care building (the Borer), and everyone we come in contact with from the main desk, social workers, nurses, the executive director and everyone in the buildings are so friendly and welcoming. “I’ve been living here at cobblestone for 2 years and it’s been one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever lived it’s quite it’s clean and it’s safe above all , anytime I need a repair either it’s plumbing or electrical work it’s done within a few hours of my call ,, Brian is very professional

Now 2 years later my boys have their own apartment at Cobblestone and even better my daughter has also her own apartment right next to my wife and I
We couldn’t be happier ,, I thank the entire staff

The building even offers a Service Coordinator who was able to answer all of the clients questions and help them with the complicated application. 100% recommend!!”
“The Fairways is amazing! We lived here for 3 years and would have stayed here much longer if we didn’t move into a house. The maintenance and front office staff are quick to respond and get things fixed when necessary. This was the best apartment complex we lived in by far. I highly recommend living here!”
