Absolutely the worst of the worst. They will nickle and dime you to death. Don't accidentally over pay because they can't reimburse you. You have to wait 3 months and make 5 phone calls to get them to mail you a check. You won't receive a bill in a timely manner, they will wait 3 months and then send you one with a late fee. Whatever you do don't call and try to talk to someone. Because you will get someone in Pakistan who you can barely understand. I will never do business with AmeriGas again and I will recommend all my friends and family avoid them.

Untimely deliveries, terrible customer service over the phone, empty promises of deliveries with no follow through. Had no issues for 8 out of 10 years, but once the walk in services closed its been nothing but issues for the past 2 years.

Doesn’t make timely deliveries, unable to fulfill orders. Almost recommending NY district Attorney and BBB for legal action. Sat on funds for over two week on several occasions.
