Screens repaired, I’ve been going here for years and there service department is great . Dropped off screens picked up a few days later always do a great job and good people. Also if you want a piece of glass cut correctly the first time go here I also once needed a gas fitting for a dryer and Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t have but Ace had one . You guys all deserve a raise.

Very rude . If they have a customer they like cashing out they will sit there and talk to them not caring that someone else is in line waiting to be checked out . Every time I go in there. I never get asked if I'm an ace rewards member or if I would like to sign up . All the other ace hardware stores do . The NEW ACE Hardware on 658 old liverpool road is Amazing. There Staff is amazing ? they welcome you in and are very helpful. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Don’t know what the protocol is but …. Had a $10 coupon .. wanted to buy a hose . It was 29.99 on sale 24.99 . Can’t use coupon ! Thought maybe on regular price?? So bought it anyway, it was 29.99 !!! Because I was not a reward customer!!!! So why didn’t he sign me up ???? You would think it would be promoting business??? Omg bad business will never go back !
