VERY unprofessional. Your pet's health is not their top priority. The staff is more concerned with leaving work early than actually helping your pet.
I booked an urgent appointment for my dog for 5:00. I received a call from the clinic saying they do not have enough staff this late in the day (mind you, the clinic closes at 6:00). They forced me to reschedule my appointment for 2:30 the following day. How does a clinic operate until 6:00 if they don't have doctors past 3:00?
I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment because I had to rush home from work (since apparently, they don't have doctors at 5:00). My dog was coughing and breathing heavy, so I expected them to make an exception. When I arrived, they didn't accept me because I was late and the vet had a meeting at 3:00. They even said they have "better things to do." How can a vet be so inflexible and insensitive? A meeting is more important than a pet who needs your care?
I would not recommend this vet to anyone. No sympathy or concern for anyone's pet.

The staff at Veterinary Care Group are very welcoming and friendly! Every time I visit with my dog, they show her so much love and attention to make her feel comfortable and happy. I don’t understand the reasons why people point out the negatives when the staff are just doing their job to make sure the clients are healthy. I appreciate the care you put into when it comes to Freyja. Good job!

The blonde technician should be fired. She was insulting to both me and my pet. She is incompetent and makes it clear she hates cats. This is the wrong field for her. I have never experienced these kinds of comments before.

Two days ago, I took the dog from the emergency department to this hospital. The emergency department told me that the dog was dying and told me to euthanize. I disagreed. The next day I read Little Red Book and recommended Veterinary Care Group- Little Neck. I went to the pet hospital with a try. I told DRYee that the pancreas and kidney indexes were different. She had a new blood test and was treated according to kidney failure. My dog received infusion for two days, but the curative effect was still very poor the next day. I said it was possible that pancreatitis caused kidney failure. Dr Yee denied my judgment, saying that the enzyme of the blood jtest index did not exceed the standard. I insisted. Did a pancreatitis test, the results of Qiangyang! She said she had been practicing medicine by herself for 20 years. But why didn't you think that one of the causes of kidney failure is pancreatitis? why not be screened in the first place? Friendly staff, clean clinic and rooms. Last appointment for vaccines my dog didn’t want to leave the vet and tried to follow the staff back inside. What else can I say?

Today was my first visit at VCG. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and Dr. Ma. My dog is a senior, so he really needs gentle approach. Dr. Ma was really sweet and gentle, took her time to check my dog’s health and was able to solve issue … she answered all of my concerns and questions. Im definitely coming back here! Thank you!!

Our dog Bruno suffers from allergies and often he has skin rashes because of that. I called to be seen the same day and they have accommodated us. They have helped our doggie with lots of care & the right medications. I really love that the next day they call to follow up how our pet is doing. Most human doctors don’t follow up with their patience, but they do.
We are very appreciative to have this high quality care for our beloved doggie at Veterinary Care Group at Little Neck, NY.

Dafu got sick twice from last year to this year, and he was treated here both times. Dr. Ye, Dr. Ma and the staff are all very good. Although Dafu passed away due to the pain of cancer last month, I still want to thank you for your help in these few months.
