Cashiers and “managers” are very rude. Some of the employees don’t speak English. They asked for my id and I go there everyday and wouldn’t sell to me that day. Horrible service.

Review solely based on getting gas. There’s a convenience store, Red Mango & Burger King there but never tried.Always one of the lowest priced gas in the area with both cash and credit card being the same price. Very uncommon in NYC.Well lit, clean and I’ve never had a negative experience. Been pumping gas there for over 2 years.

UPDATE: seems like Shell cared enough to respond below, I get it that the lottery machine isn’t their’s, but a good manager is supposed to take responsibility which in this case didn’t. All they had to do was give me the $1 that the machine took so I can purchase another ticket at their counter, but I guess $1 to keep a customer happy is too much. I’ll never be coming back to this station. Btw I got in touch with NY lottery and they informed me that the machine was indeed down and have informed me to return to the station to get my refund. At the station the unprofessional manager gave me a hard time with the refund and said there was nothing wrong with the machine and that I should’ve just played the $1.00. ??♂️ Never ever coming back to this station. Sorry Shell the manager is really horrible and has not been trained properly.Original Review:My complaint is with the manager of the Bolla Market. I inserted money using the lottery machine inside and it would not take any additional bills therefore making it unable to purchase the tickets I wanted. The machine didn’t refund and the employees at the counter couldn’t help and told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager. Next day I stopped by to speak with the manager and he tells me there is nothing he could do and that I basically forfeited my opportunity. All I needed was $1.00 back that the machine took so I can purchase a lottery ticket, and they refused and said it was my fault. I was a repeat station customer and for $1 the Manager decided it was not worth keeping a customer from coming back.

i agree with the other person about rude BK employees + ordered 2 meals gives 1 sauce and then gives attitude and declines when asked for another which was crazy

BEWAREI put gas full tank from this gas station, after that my car was stop working, I towed to service station they diagnosed and told me the gas was contaminated Call their corporate office, operator was rude told me do whatever you want to do and i left message for manager but no one get back to me from 3days.Stay away from this gas station, You may save some money but might be in big problem

They are one of the lowest priced gas station around. It has a clean restroom. And staffs are at least above par in terms of kindness and services.Easy to access from Little Neck PKWY and I-495. No complains.It also has a nice-looking convenience store with Burger King express.

Pumps are always broken... I got charged twice for one fill up. The store overcharges for items. I see other people are having the same problem. They don't answer there phone either.
