They offer 5 star reviews for a discount off the total cost of the work. Paid (a lot of money) to have rear struts replaced. Two days later I went to another mechanic for an issue and he showed me my old rear struts which were still the same exact ones I paid to have replaced. This place is a scam and all I hear is bad things. I wish I would have listened to others.

Do NOT bring your car to this station. I brought my car in and it needed a battery, they claimed they would have one by 2pm, NEVER happened. Then they said by Tuesday, who takes 4 days to get a battery. Now it’s Tuesday and no call,
Found a new HONEST, Professional mechanic that had a battery the same day.
The guy that works at Nor is a liar & coward for not even calling back.
SPREAD THE WORD, rip off , nasty , dishonest

I left my car for 4 tires replacement at 11:45am, the front desk guy told me it will takes about 2 hours, I went back at 2:50 pm, he told me my car was out for test drive, I was waiting there for more than 1 hour, and the mileage was 47 miles gone, I have no clue why the test drive need that much time and mileage.

I rarely give negative reviews to others, but this time I really couldn't stand it. The owner of this store had a bad attitude and tried to get you to pay more to replace some parts that didn't need to be replaced. After I refused, I had an unpleasant quarrel with the owner. I am a person who knows a lot about cars and I am not easily fooled. If you don't care about money you can go there and give it a try.

Honest service. Rates are competitive, but get good honest service with a trusting mechanic. Oil changes and car inspections done on site. Had a none starting car and towed it to this place at the height of the pandemic. Although they tried to start it, they were unsuccessful and didn't charge for storage or trying. Aman recommend to take it to the official service shop. Still come here for the normal regular services for years since.
