I went to this establishment and was wonderfully greeted by Eli. I absolutely love it when someone loves what they do and know what they are talking about. I should've written this review months ago when I purchased my first pair of orthopedics! This gentleman took his time and was so patient with me because I had so many questions. The experience took me back to my childhood when my mom would take me to Buster Brown to get a pair of shoes and the salesman would measure my feet and find the perfect pair of shoes for me! Very nostalgic! He even tied my sneakers and showed me how to walk properly! We need more people in the service industry like Eli these days. They are a dying breed! I look forward to going back there to buy another pair very soon. Please give this guy a raise and a Christmas bonus

I brought in shoes for repair. I was initially told it would be a week and half, then 2 weeks, and now they have had them for almost 4 weeks. These were my father's only shoes. He has had to reschedule 5 dr. appts and cancel a trip he had planned for months. Turns out Eneslow had the shoes for a week before even sending them out for repair. No on called me with with updates. I tried to speak with people and did not get calls back until I showed up in the store in person. I was then told they would have the shoes at the end of the week. It is now the end of the week. Still no shoes. No one called to tell me. I had to call again. When someone finally returned my call I was told they are not coming in and I should call someone else on Monday for an update. I paid $742 up front and now calling all of their locations is becoming a part-time job. If you can avoid using this store for custom shoes I suggest you do.

Amazing experience here. Got exactly what i was looking for for my grandfather. He had several problems on his feet, and the staff here kept bringing out models, talked amazingly, and never lost patience which i couldn’t be anymore thankful for. Like i said, amazing customer service, i couldn’t of had asked for a better experience.

This is the best place to be fitted if you are looking for quality shoes and orthotics! Their employees are patient and very knowledgeable. They take time to educate their customers about the science of proper shoes. The service is excellent!

UNPROFESSIONAL, CLASSLESS, RUDE, INATTENTIVE, My mother and I visited this show store and were not greeted and finally a salesman Tony asked us of we needed help. My mom informed him of the type of shoes she needs and he barely gave the necessary attention, instead brought out shoes we didnt ask for threw them on a seat said try them on and attempted to make other sales with other customers. We asked for specific shoes he could care less. Two times he had an attitude and we let it slide, on the third time His words were as follows "I already told you werent you listening"? At this point i told him to not have an attitude and he decided to get very close to my personal space and yelled and had an attitude so we left.

For the past 2.5 weeks, I'm constantly calling every few days to see if their order shipped to them for inserts. Someone said they're busy and going to give a call back today and when I call right before their closing hours, no one picks up and I have to leave a message. I had such a good experience when I was in store but this is really annoying and time consuming. Just ordered 2 pairs online from amazon which I will get by next week.

I left 2 pairs of my shoes on 7/24 to be externally modified. 3 weeks later, not a single call. I called LIttle Neck store to find out what's up. Very lazy man answered the call, had no clue and asked me call the main store to find out what happened to my shoes. I paid $370 up front and this is the service I get. He can't be bothered to call the store himself! Called the main store and was told that they just started work. What? And the woman has balls to say "I will expedite for you". Expedite, she says. 3 weeks and she calls this "expedite". Even now, not a call from them. I guess I will have to call again. Horrible service!
