Dr kam is a doctor I have been seeing for quite sometime but the office staff is horrible. Today was my last straw. No one is in the office but me but had me sitting in a room waiting for him for 45 min.

I really don't understand why receptionists at doctors offices are so rude. I came in for my annual check up and I mentioned that I had forms for work that has to be filled out before my visit (when I made the appt) and when I confirmed my appt.The day of, they told me I can't get the forms back same day. So, I gave them 1 week to get back to me on the forms. No-one called me so I called them. After explaining my situation, the receptionist just wanted to get off the phone with me and got very rude and snappy. She straight up said to me that I was being rude for "keeping her on the phone and asking the same question", when I was trying to explain to her that I've been waiting for a week and I need the forms ASAP and her "I will call you back later" isn't cutting it for me.Good doctors are ruined by bad staff members. As a healthcare provider myself, I really can't stand staff members who treat patients as a nuisance.

my only experience was making and canceling an appointment but it was the best experience i ever had doing that. The staff is extremely personable and professional.

I was a patient of Dr Kam for few years, I am very skinny and alway easy to get sick. That time I had flu and he gave me a very strong antibiotic. I pass out after I took it and went into hospital. He is a nice person but very careless to the patient . After I ask other Dr and they told me this is a very strong medication shouldn't been prescribed to someone like me that so light weight. Never go back

Attentive doctor, spent 20 mins with us on our first visit! Usually you're lucky to get 5 mins with a doc. He's a DO not an MD, but that's cool. Location is a bit tough, parking can be hectic since they just opened an Asian super market in that plaza and it can be a zoo. Also his office is on the second floor far away from an elevator. If your visiting with mobility limitations, get a head start.

Dr. Kam has been my sons PCP for 7 years now. He is so polite, caring and patient. The front desk staff may be a bit blunt but it’s just a cultural thing. Nice and clean office too !

An exceptional, very caring doctor with wonderful bedside manner - I overcame iron anemia with the proper guidance provided through my annual blood tests, and of course, the doctor. Great staff, very clean facility, short wait time.

I like Dr Kam and he is a great patience doctor. He is a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Doctor and no doubt. However the staffs and the system are mess. They didn’t call back from test result when received. They didn’t follow instructions that given when visited. They didn’t fill out the form we left for doctor. We ended up to call after 8 days and the person said I didn’t talk to her by that time so know nothing…. then she called back saying someone else will call me back later.. am I supposed to talk to doctor for my result, still don’t know yet… everything is still unknown until they are happy to call me back… . Anyway, what a mess for those staffs and management team. ??????

Dr. Kam is a excellent doctor. He is very caring and explains everything very clearly. I am so happy that I found him. He is truly a wonderful person.

The 3 stars is for the way the administration is handled at the office . First , getting a refill is like pulling teeth even though you see the doctor on a regular basis. They will make you make a video call just for a refill on maintenance medication. I also called with a pressing issue to speak to the doctor. I was told the doctor does not call patients. Everything is by appointment in office or video call. Whoever called me back said if it was an emergency go to the urgent care center. That is not why I have a PCP!!! And now the reason I am no longer his patient. Dr kam is very knowledgeable and does a thorough medical exam , he himself would get 5 stars. They need to change the way they handle patients .
