I went to buy a boquet of roses because there was a sign for a special on 6 short stem roses for $25. When I asked about it, the lady (who is different from the person that has helped me in the past) said they ran out, and now they only had long stem roses for $65.
I asked if she can create a boquet for me instead. She was very reluctant and instead grabbed a pre-made boquet of random flowers and asked if I wanted that instead. I said sure in the beginning and then I noticed there were vases of pre-made short stem dozen roses in the fridge.
I asked her if those were the roses that they sign was referring to and she said no but that she would give me a deal on those pre-made roses for $60 and not $65. Didn't make any sense since they were short stem roses but finally just decided to give in. When I checked my receipt, she still charged me $62.
I have been coming to this establishment for every major event in the my life along with my extended family's and friends lives. However, you have lost our business forever over $2 and being dishonest.

Working with Lori and the Cress Floral team was such an amazing decision. Lori was so accommodating to our budget and was able to understand our floral vision better than other florist that we talked to prior to booking. Once we booked, Lori hosted myself, the groom, and my mom at the floral studio to show us examples of the centerpieces and my bridal bouquet. It was such a fun experience and her team really brought our vision to life. Leading up to the wedding day, Lori made us feel so comfortable and confirmed the order. On wedding day, she was so accommodating to our schedule. Our guests RAVED about how gorgeous all of our centerpieces were. The photographer even mentioned how beautiful the bouquets were for myself and the bridesmaids. Cress really went above and beyond to make sure our vision aligned with our budget and to also provide gorgeous flowers and amazing service! Would highly recommend Lori and her team :)

Working with Lori Cress at Cress Floral Decorators was OUTSTANDING! I was planning my daughter's bridal shower and wanted a flower/garden party theme. Lori was readily available to offer advice and answer questions. Her expertise is beyond superb. It was immediately apparent to me that Lori would be personally involved--she felt like family. Since I live out of state, she made the whole process effortless for me; she even visited the venue. She is such a professional, and her artistic use of flowers and colors--impeccable. It was by far the most beautiful and enchanting "English Garden" anyone could image. To say I was thrilled, would be an understatement. It was everything I was hoping for and more to make my daughter's day so special and memorable. On the day of the bridal shower, Lori arrived early to meet me. Thank you, Lori Cress! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank you, Jade. I went with a friend to choose a funeral arrangement for a dear friend of ours. Jade was helping us. We each had ideas on what we would like and spent a good amount of time making a choice. Jade was clearly interested in helping us. She was patient, friendly, and Spot On with suggestions to match our ideas with a perfect arrangement of flowers. We ended making a unique arrangement that reflected what we each were looking for. The flowers were beautiful quality, a 10. Jade even assisted us in finding the right words for our card. In summary, go to Cress if you are looking for high quality flowers and the best of customer attention!

I ordered flower arrangements from Cress for a bridal shower I hosted this week. They were so easy to work with, the flowers were all fresh and beautiful and smelled amazing! Cost was reasonable, and the shower guests were fighting over who got to take them home!

Lori and Tom were a pleasure to work with! They had done the flowers for my sister’s wedding ten years ago, and I knew I would want to use them for mine! The flowers were beyond beautiful and were exactly what I had envisioned. Everyone was complimenting them the whole night!

I absolutely love this floral shop. I always come here and have never been disappointed. Its a little pricey but always worth it. But today, I left feeling like it wasn't worth it. The woman at the front who wrapped my flowers could not care less. I got two 35$ premade bouquets. One literally fell on the floor while she was wrapping the other and she was unapologetic- didn't even offer if I wanted to swap it out. Just wrapped it like nothing. When she rang me up just simply “sorry your flowers fell on the floor.” Sloppy wrap too. Disappointed. I suggest calling ahead and getting a price point bouquet- I’ve never had a bad experience doing that and wish I stuck to it.

Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our Gala for the Maryknoll Sisters at the Boathouse absolutely magical! She is so creative and has such a warm demeanor. The flowers were stunning, the lights were whimsical and the customer service was five stars! We will definitely be using her again for our next event.

I just had my baby shower and used Cress Floral Decorators to bring my “Amalfi coast”/lemon theme to life and they DELIVERED. Every single arrangement (some not pictured) was absolutely beautiful. Lori and Tommy were very professional throughout the entire process and really understood my vision from the beginning. I can’t wait to use them for my next event!
