Probably the worst banking experience of my life. They would not let me transfer my balance from my account that has been compromised. Had me in a back room for an hour and they still did not transfer my money into a new account the tricked me into making. I thought chase was supposed to be the best bank

Terrible waiting periods! Over 20 minutes to deposit two checks! People sit at their desks doing nothing. Avoid this branch if at all possible. There are other nearby choices.

My wife wanted to deposit a check but first make sure there were enough funds in the account so as not to incur any fees onto our account. Because she was pressed for time since she had an appointment in 15 minutes nearby, she decided to walk into this branch and ask someone to look into the check holders account and let her know and make the deposit there. As soon as she walked in she went right into the office immediately on the left where a young asian woman sat and asked her if she could please verify funds on the check. The woman looked at my wife very perplexed and asked whose check it was. My wife explained it was someone else's in payment for services rendered. The woman seemed a bit annoyed and responded " NO, I can't do that. You have to deposit and if it bounces; it bounces." So my wife now very very annoyed walked over to a chair, sat down and called Chase. The young lady quickly verified funds and my wife proceeded to go to the ATM to make the deposit since she feared wasting more time and missing her appointment. By this time, the lady was engaged in a very amicable conversation with two other bank employees, and my wife very much upset at the lack of concern remarked to the bank employee: "You should've known how to do that!" All three stopped the chatter as the lady rolled her eyes. Chase should train the personnel and teach them how to deal with customers better. There is no room for lazy attitudes. They should be polite and respectful. It is a service industry, if it is too much trouble to take care of the customers, then they should stay home. Ignorance is not an option.

Wow! - What a pleasant surprise! - Everyone @ this location was Super Friendly, Happy & Kind! They encouraged me to return, just to say Hi! - I felt as if I had taken a step back in time, where your Banker - took the time to actually get to know you personally. If the other Chase Branches had 1/4 of the "Friendliness" & "Personality" as the folks @ this Branch had - well, things would be different. Thanks everyone @ the Little Neck Branch for being so kind and friendly and willing to cheer me up. I was the Doctor that came in w/ the Fractured Elbow. :-) Have a great summer everyone!
