Dr. Kwasnik is the absolute best!!! He is so kind, professional and his love of animals is very apparent. He is the best vet and very honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!!

This vet clinic was my first experience as a dog mom, so I hadn’t realize what was lacking until I went to a new vet recently. I’ve been going here for a few years and I think Dr. Kwasnik is informative and honest, as he should be. I enjoy having him as a vet in the absence of Dr. Parver. He’s very straightforward and explains things well whenever I bring my dogs in. However, everything else about this clinic has turned me away from coming back again. Things seem unprofessional, as often times I’m left waiting 10+ minutes on the phone only to be rushed to hang up when they return. If I ask nurses/receptionists any questions regarding my dogs health (anything other than money transactions), it seems like they always have to relay the question to someone else or they just straight up tell me they don’t know. All visits are appointment-based, but the wait is always at least 30-45 minutes. One time, I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes after my assigned appointment time. They never call me to follow up on exam results, even if they say they will, and calling to find out is always inconvenient because you are definitely being put on hold just for them to say “all good” and hang up. I never realized how poorly organized the rest of this clinic was and how little majority staff cared for my pets as patients until I went to a new one recently. The service is mediocre for the time and money you would spend here. I feel a lot better spending that same amount on a place that puts more effort in caring for my pets above all else. Other than Dr. Kwasnik, it feels like money is the priority at this place, and I feel guilty as a dog mom for not finding a more caring place sooner. I feel significantly more confident in my pets’ health after finding a new animal clinic.

Go nowhere else. This doctor is reasonable, experienced, and very straightforward. I am in Western Queens and I travel to this place because there's no better vet than him.

Dr Kwasnik is truly the kind of person you want as a vet. He genuinely cares about the animals and their well being. He is not greedy. He tells you when you don’t need certain services and puts the welfare over the animal over his financial success.

I had such a bad experience over the phone with the receptionist, extremely rude and unprofessional, did not want to help me at all with my injured cat, I wanted to make an emergency appointment with Dr Kwasnik and wanted to reach out to the doctor and she said that it is not possible what the heck ??? DR, KWASNIK should fire the girls at the front desk ,been there once, and saw how both of them pick up the phone, rolling their eyes like they don't want to be there, ladies at the front represent the clinic and should be welcoming and professional, not like them!!! I recommend the doctor but the office stuff needs to go!!!!

The previous Vet has retired the new vet is I believe in for the money. their staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. if the treat the owners in such a manor imagine what they do to our animals.
