When I was refused not once but twice at the UPS store on Genesee Street in Utica NY, I had a feeling Little Falls UPS could help a girl in need. My return with Marge was friendly, easy, and just all around pleasant. She went above n beyond to help me when no one else would! I have used this service very often, when dropping off a package yesterday the package receipt had ink that didn’t clearly print.When I called today I was told there was nothing they could do nor could they provide the tracking reference.This was a higher dollar item return so was concerned as to how would I know if it was received. I was told there was nothing she could do.I asked if there was a manager I could talk to and was told I was talking to the manager and nothing could be done. The person I was talking to was Claire. I’m now left not knowing if my package will get to its destination or if I will be refunded will be issued.

Awesome service. I was only there because the store in Utica did nothing to help me! I was in and out in less then 5 minutes after the girl behind the counter told me they hear nothing but complaints from that store. I'll never use any other store but Little Falls and stay away from Utica!

Daneli Partners uses our Little Falls store for all our printing needs- and we print a lot, often! The entire staff is awesome- friendly, fast and always very helpful. We appreciate their attention to detail and quick turnaround.
