“Great customer service. Fair pricing. Minimal wait(Kwik) Mike and his employees have on multiple occasions picked up and/or dropped off my mothers vehicle at her home when using his service’s. This is very helpful considering this is a couple blocks away and she isn’t as mobile as she once was(don’t tell her I said that). These are a few of the many reasons why I’ve graded them 5 star and is why we will continue using his services. TY”
“Oil change was good, they were fast and took me in the same day I called, during busy season no less.Gave me news that annoyed me (not because of them, but the other garage), but I appreciate that they noticed.They add on fees for stuff you didn't ask for. Windshield washer fluid sort of stuff. No thanks, I didn't want it. Too bad for me.Edit: have to increase the rating. The other garage had to confirm what I had been told here about, and they agreed they missed it. Thanks NAPA for noticing this even though it wasn't your responsibility. That is some awesome attention ? ? a bump could have taken me out and then I'd be in a real bind.”
