“There are a lot of things I’m good at, especially when it comes to my business. Shipping is not one of them. Getting items returned so I can get the proper materials in can be important and I’ve got more on my mind than initiating returned and remembering which things need to be packaged and labeled. This sounds simple, but my brain just doesn’t brain when I walk into the UPS store. Fortunately, everyone here has been so helpful and kind. They do this all the time and just take my items with an, “I’ll take care of it.” attitude. One girl complimented me on my jean jacket and for charging my phone. ? Another one (Abby?) is always spritely and willing to just take my phone and do the things to make my returns do the thing they need. I like this place.”

“I worked in a RV park post office and made trips to the back room of the main post office to pick up the park mail. I was blown away at the volume of mail and packages, and that they actually get to where they are going even when not addressed correctly. And then add the sheer volume of junk mail. It's crazy. Gave me a whole new appreciation for the post office operation and for the workers.That being said, the Baker Street staff has always been very accommodating, and most of the time with a smile. Not everyone that comes in there is in a good mood, so I'm sure that there are bad moments, but otherwise kudos to them.”

“Ms. Kim and Ms. Angie are the nicest people ever to work in a post office. The other one on Baker St ( Rich) lied to me and said I needed a birth certificate to renew passport. he also harassed me for my service dog papers in which we NEVER have to provide. I will drive the extra 5 miles just to have my po box here. Thank you Kim and Angie!!”

“Called this morning and spoke to Deb. Regarding past tenants mail remaining in both mailboxes as they did not submit a forwarding address. She was extremely pleasant and understood and will relay the message to the carrier who by the way is a friendly postal carrier and always delivers mail on time and is friendly when I see him. Very great service, never have any problems with this post office and would recommend them to anyone in our community as they are always friendly and courteous. Also, they are willing and able to assist with any mail issues that arise.”
