“From the front desk to the medical staff, this was a seamless experience. It was my first time having a pet that needed surgery so I was anxious, nervous and had a lot of questions. EVERYONE was patient and explained everything to me.They all have a pleasant demeanor & made me feel like my cat was getting the top notch attention. I am glad I found Babylon Animal Hospital. He a bit aggressive and was turned down by other veterinarian's, Dr Carlos and his handler were terrific,took total control of my boy got blood work and a great check up, thank you guys for the awesome service, I just hope everything comes back with good news and my boy gets to come back for another check up with ya's!!! “This review is for Dr. Ariel Kravitz - who is an exceptional surgeon at Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care. From the moment I was introduced to her, she put me at ease and made an extremely stressful situation feel more manageable. She took amazing care of our dog Luna after fracturing her arm. I always knew I was in the best and most capable hands and am truly grateful to her for supporting Luna and our family. If you are looking for a veterinary surgeon, Dr. Kravitz is THE BEST! On a personal note, she is a very kind and caring person and we are so grateful to her. Additionally, Dr. Donato has been an integral part of Luna's treatments with acupuncture and chiropractic care - she is so caring and truly goes the extra mile. We have been working with her for years now, and she has always been wonderful with our furry friends. I have always been so appreciative of Gold Coast and all of their specialty doctors and physical therapists providing such amazing care for our furry friends - senior pets and puppies alike!”
“Dr. Morroco and staff have come to the rescue of my 39 year old African Grey Coco twice since the mid 1990's. Coco's most recent crisis happen this past Nivember 2023. Desperate to get Coco immediate care I showed up at the office shortly after they opened. They were kind enough to see Coco and started treatment immediately. Coco came home after the initial treatments but continued to collapse. Dr. Morroco agreed to admit Coco and over a period of 3 days Coco returned to his cranky but charming self. It was the best Christmas present I've received in the past 10 years. Excellent and caring veterinarian group.P.S. I do think Coco losing their girlfriend Penny, my Rat Terrier of 16 years broke their heart IMO. They were lovey-dovey over her. Climbed on her back while she slept and groomed her coat. Once again thank you Dr. Morroco and staff for being angels with Coco nervous stressed out self”
“Dr. Steinberg is an amazing veterinarian. My cat, Moses had a very serious injury to his tail in January. He always was determined to save my cat's tail.After two months Moses tail has finally healed. I recommend going to my veterinarian he saved my cat from amputation.”

“I have been to this pet clinic several times and they have always been kind and caring to Stella. The assistant Jenny was very nice and came to pick her up at my car for her appointment and kept me informed as to what was going on. The Vet was very professional and will ask many questions about how you're pet is doing at home and will give advice on the best ways to keep you're pet healthy. The prices to treat the dog are reasonable and they will always let you know what a service costs before they do it. Thanks for everything!”
“I would highly recommend HAH to anyone as I do to all my friends. I have been to multiple vets but Dr. P and Dr. M are amazing doctors and very professional. If you have anything wrong with your pet this is the place to go as well as well care. Dr. P is also a skilled surgeon this is why I travel from queens as it's worth the peace of mind and care my pets receive. Every single staff member are all fantastic as well. You won't be disappointed.”

“Over the years I have found that they are caring & wonderful. When our beloved dog crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago they were so compassionate. They made the extremely sad time a little better. Today I had to take my other dog in for a spinal injury and the Dr and vet tech were so sweet and caring with my baby. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”

“It's a vet practice owned by private equity. So it's got all the bells and whistles for diagnosis and treatment. I interacted w 5 members of the staff and only one seemed like they shouldnt be working with pets. Overall it was a decent experience but I wouldn't leave a vet you love to come here, it's a business.”

“Dr. Brooke was meant to be a vet. She goes above and beyond. Doesn’t nickel and dime us to death. Prices are far better. We owe a huge thank you to both her and the lovely front desk/ techs. Doesn’t push anyone into anything that is beyond their financial means. I will never go back to Jericho Animal Hospital. They missed pancreatitis, and kidney stones from the urine/ X-rays. She is straight forward & open to all questions about alternative medicines like CBD. She was totally in touch with my pet’s nervousness soothing her and mushing her to make her comfortable. After 1 visit my baby is leaps and bounds better than before she saw this doctor. Dr. Brooke even came back out to the front desk AFTER her exam to show each of us the stones she could see in baby’s urine specimen. The place is updated and so clean! Each room has heat blowing where other places let the animal be on the ice cold table. Wish my family & I had started going there years ago. She is empathetic and makes the exam as painless as possible. Executed baby’s exam quickly vocalizing exactly what she felt and saw as she went through every inch of her body. Simply amazing staff ?? ?? We feel like our loved ones are finally in good hands.”

“Let me start by saying that I don't often write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary as I would do anything for my dog (my 93 pound pitbull who thinks that she is a lap dog). I want to personally thank Dr. Kirshbaum and the staff at Babylon Animal Hospital, you are the reason that my dog is not only here today but thriving! Dr. Kirshbaum first diagnosed my dog with a type of skin cancer on her back at 3 years old but he was able to surgically remove it and she was cancer free! Then at 9 years old Dr. Kirshbaum diagnosed a new/different type of cancer but this time it was on her leg, once again he was able to surgically remove it and get rid of all of the cancer. When she turned 11 this past year during a check up he found a small growth that turned out to be a new/different type of cancer again except this time on her stomach. After Dr. Kirshbaum completed surgery he was able to remove all of the cancer and at 11 years old my baby was cancer free again! Then more recently she had stopped doing stairs and of course Dr. Kirshbaum knew exactly what to do. After we spoke he told me he had a new injection to help with arthritis and boy was he right. Not only is my dog doing stairs again but she is a puppy again! Dr. Kirshbaum without your amazing diagnostic and surgical skills my Anna wouldn't be here today so thank you for being the best doctor out there! You are the reason why she wants to play 24/7 at the age of 11 years old (even as I am sitting here writing this review) and I cannot thank you enough.”
