The nail owner was on the phone (personal call) throughout the time she was doing my nails. I informed her I wanted my nails square and she made them round. She was too busy on the phone to probably even hear me and then accuse me of telling her I wanted them round. She was going to leave them round, so I asked for the nail filer and fixed them myself the best to my ability. I have a wedding tonight and my nails look like c***p. They are short, uneven have bumps and look sloppy. I'm very disappointed.

Tammy is very nice but I will not be returning here. I got a dip manicure and it took about 20m for her to get my old polish off. Any other salon I’ve been to wraps each finger in foil and soaks. I was given a dirty bowl of polish remover and after four rounds of filing on each hand the polish was finally off. I was given about six palettes of colors to choose from — typically there’s baskets full of selection. She was very rough with the filing and made me bleed a few times. The color is also very weak … nothing like the sample.
I’ve never been asked to get up and wash my own hands ? … they usually use a warm towel. There were no towels, no massage, no lotion applied .. literally nothing. She also used the UV gel light to dry my nails which I’ve never been given for dip manicure and is actually the whole reason I don’t do gel.

My nails are pretty but the glue doesn't hold. One nail came off whole I fixed it when I called Tammy is rude nope done here unless this is addressed if your glue sucks your not charging me twice never again its a shame but it is what it is.

Horrible service. Not only did -Tammy- give me an awful gel manicure but she made me feel like it was my fault the gel was running and fading from my nails (10 mins after she had finished). I had to return to get them fixed. I repeatedly told her my nails looked the same way before I even left. Prior to leaving, I had ADVISED HER to let them dry longer and she told me they were "fine." Do not recommend this place.

Been going here for years for my nails super easy I usually just walk in and 123 done always a good job . Today I got my first pedicure, Tammy did a fabulous job and I will be going back for both nails and feet . Super friendly and clean establishment I highly recommendServices: Foot massages

I have been coming here for a year now and they do a very good job. My UV gel manicure fill in always looks amazing and lasts a very long time. I have tried almost all the nail salons in the area and I'm impressed with Unique Nails. Nicole and all the staff do a wonderful job and I don't sit there for hours waiting like I have done in the past. I highly recommend this salon. They give great pedicures also.

Awful service, awful language barrier (?). Inconsiderate and not helpful. Did not pay attention to any ever so small request - both the male and female technician completely disregarded me. Don't even try it. You'll just get annoyed. Go to the next salon on the next block

First time coming here after previously going to rainbow nail spa the next strip over for years and I had a pretty positive experience. Very clean facility, the people who work here are nice but not too talkative or overly friendly which is a preference I have so that was fine. $30 for a gel fill in which is honestly very cheap compared to other places in the area. A little bit on the sloppy side but after a shower they should look perfect and I definitely got what I paid for. Overall positive experience and the low price is what's going to keep me coming back.
